I was just in the drive through and paid over $40.00. When I got home I realized that you didn't give me doubles on my meal. You gave me 2 classic roast beef meals. I also ordered 2 sides of cheddar, which costs more and the cups were not even half full. I paid for 2 double meals and the cheddar and you literally gave me half of what I paid for.

What's up Arby's? Bought lunch for team. Drive thru dude forgot root beer and curly fries with beef and cheddar combo. He also forgot to give me my receipt. 1 of the crinkle fries was cold, and my french dip was cold too , however the sauce was luke warm (only drove 7 minutes from Arby's to work). He was nice, however not because he wanted to be, since he was struggling with trying to be friendly. He handed me the bags with one hand, and with the smaller bags being the larger bag, without saying a word, good thing I thought to use 2 hands unlike this man, and I did not hear a thank you. Very strange customer service at this Arby's.

Yet the crew has it on lockdown and says drive-thru only."Edited because after talking with the drive-thru worker there's only two employees on staff! Take better care of your people! I will be contacting Corp!"
