This store seems to be hit or miss with service. We waited to order and then waited for our food dining inside. There were only 3 customers in the restaurant. The soda machine seemed in need of repair. It was dripping from every spout. The music was on the loud side as well. We were there at lunch time.

Today's Somali was my server/cashier. There was a slight confusion in my order and I had to explain it a couple of times. I was afraid that I was going to kind of irritate her because I was hungry and I just wanted to hurry my order... However, she's stayed very calm, collected and very professional. She exhibited excellent customer service. Thank you Arby's for hiring such a conscientious good worker like Somali.

If you like a ghetto manager that speaks louder than the music in the store here is the place. Could barely hear over the telephone while I was in there because music was unnecessarily loud. Would be nice to have BACKGROUND music since dining in a store should be relaxing. Plus the manager told another customer someone (me) letting him know the music was loud, just like a kid. Not a relaxing environment. Store manager was pretty much talking loudly AT me instead of speaking like someone who has any people skills. I have been there before and the two young ladies that have helped in the past are pretty friendly otherwise.

French dip bread was hard as a rock. The GM (fat bald guy with tattoos) said “let me make you a new one” I said no thank you I want a refund. He said that’s fine but it’ll take 7 to 10 days to go back to your card. I said no problem and after I gave my tray to him he asked me to throw it away. He didn’t apologize once and had an attitude about the whole thing. I will never be back to that location again.
