Frys were old, meat on roast beef didn't fill the bun. Help was slow , and they were not busy. I usually like Arbys, so hopefully it's just this location needs more training.

Idk what happened to Arby's. I remember food use to be so good, fresh,good portions. My market fresh turkey. Barely had meat fries were old. Looked like the bottom of the barrel.
They dumped all of the fries and the chicken nuggets in the bags upside-down. Forgot the sauce. Voided the 3rd meal. AND forgot the apple juices. It wasn't even busy.

Manager was being rude to everyone who I came in with, food took FAR too long to come out, after being rude to my friends who had already ordered, I was left waiting to order for multiple minutes, then the next gentleman who walked in the door was helped instantly BEFORE ME despite the fact I had been waiting at the counter I then made the point I had been waiting, and was made to keep waiting, at which point the manager would not sub my side for mozzarella sticks overcharging my entire meal, my friend’s meals then took nearly 30 minutes to come out and when they complained about it the manager became belligerent to the point of threatening to fight my friend, then forced us to leave without getting to eat our meals.
The entire lobby was so smokey I thought a shirtless bear was going to come in and tell me only I could prevent fires. The manager is very rude. Took 20 min to get my order then when we complained the manager threatened to fight us... Bad all around would avoid unless you want to throw hands with a power tripping middle manager.

Ordered turkey sandwich comes with ranch dressing. Ranch dressing bitter and either spoiled or horseradish sauce. Manager discussed with employee in another language so I don't know what they decided but the food was
