I came to this location for the first time outside this location a lot of homeless people are doing drugs and I didn't feel safe getting out of my car. The person who is making food doesn't like his job maybe I am the only customer there he is making food it clearly says no bacon he added bacon I didn't see it until I took a bite. I posted the photo it clearly says no bacon. Never going to this location. I don't recommend it.

Mike was at drive thru, super friendly and positive. The Arby's double meat was what the sandwich used to be like and was worth it with the coupon. The fish sandwich was off the menu, end of promo. It was acceptable but not exceptional. But we got 5 sandwiches for less than 2 and a large fry at McDonald's. You decide

While, I absolutely love Arby's Jamoca shakes I will never be returning to this location. My husband went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 beef & Cheddar's, 2 Jamoca shakes, a cookie and Mac n' cheese bites. He gets home and neither of our beef sandwiches have cheese on them. This is twice now so he called and complained, explaining the situation. There was no apology at all. What she did say, in a very condescending tone was, "You'll need to bring the sandwiches back and then we can remake them."My husband is on his lunch break. He doesn't have an hour to waste on driving BACK to Arby's and get it all corrected. At this point I'm getting a little heated that he can't even get a simple I'm sorry that happened out of that. Plus I'm thinking we have to bring the sandwiches back?! What are they gonna re-serve them? I get on the phone and ask who the manager on duty is. She says she is. I then ask what her supervisors name is. She flat out refused to answer me at which point I became livid which is where I'm at now. It was a simple little error that because she refused to answer my question is now much bigger.I would like a call from the district supervisor for store #0624 so we can discuss some "areas of opportunity" this store location has.

The app is worth the deals. Staff was rushed but friendly (went around 630p so it was dinner rush but they did great). Food was hot and fresh and the milkshake topped it off perfectly. I will be back.

The new fish sandwich was horrible. Too little sauce and lettuce. They no longer have potato cakes. So, I won't be back to Arby's.

DON'T DO IT! Food is terrible! Old nasty fries that are clumped all together and look like they scraped the bottom of the container to get the scraps down there. The beef and cheddar sandwiches that we were charged extra for the cheese have barely a dollop of it and barely any beef. It was mostly bread! Fish sandwich had wilted, brown lettuce and tasted like seriously old oil. Food was cold, old, stingy and way below average. NEVER AGAIN!P.S. I have pix if anyone wants to see, it doesn't show an option to add.
