Stopped by for lunch and the white boy working the drive through was rude and seemed very annoyed like he didn’t want to be there. I usually don’t have any issues with this location except as of these last few months the morning people don’t seem like they want to be there or know how to do anything except for the person making my food.

Stopped by yesterday and my food was fresh and hot everything was perfect staff was amazing. this Arbys has a wonderful team I always try to stop by this location because I never have any issues at this location the two managers are always great and the staff as well 100% recommend coming to this store. Plus we loved the decorations 🎃

Y'all had 1 ONE UNO UN job, asked for Arby sauce didn't get it. $30 and a 10 minute wait in a parking spot and you couldn't do that. y'all know that sauce makes the sandwich. I can't eat this and I'm not going back out in 200 degree heat to get it Beyond disappointed

I come here all the time and at least when the night shift crew is there my food is always fresh the night manager anna is awesome and nice.

Spent $12 and they made me wait so I figured at least my food would be hot. Fries were cold leaving the store and food was bad. Skinny looking white girl or Mexican girl maybe Indian girl. I was polite and even said thanks. Figured in be eating some good food. No. The laveen Arby's is ran by people who do not care about the food they serve. It was 9pm one hour before closing. If I have to wait over 7 minutes and get cole food that tells me they didn't want to be there and just gave me old food. I go to Arby's for the fries. And sadly this girl decided to give me old food. I wont be back. There are several options around there area. I just figured they had a standard.

I went to this location on 1/11. Ordered a classic meal was told and argued you at the drive thru window that I ordered a double (I didn't). .. the young lady that assisted at the window was rude and argumentative, so I asked to have the money refund back my card, didn't take any food, and I have been waiting for the $19.24. As of today, no refund has been received. I usually go there for my son but will no longer patronize this location. I don't have to spend money to eat put but when I do, I don't want to be spoken to by any one especially someone's child like, I'm bothering them and my business is not needed or wanted.

There was nothing wrong with this place, but the buns tasted stale and the cherry turnovers were dry and must have been sitting under a heat lamp for ages.
They need to do away with the burgers. We ordered the BBQ burger, and it was bland, dry, and didn't look nothing like the photo on the app. We did get our refund for it. And never again will I order a burger from Arby's. We spent almost 40.00.

The people working tonight were very nice and hardworking I could tell they were busy but they got everything done as fast as they could, everything was hot and fresh and I went home happy with my food and service. It’s always a pleasure coming to this arbys
