Picked up dinner this evening.Fish meal amd Buffalo sandwich meal..not fresh at all and we were given light watery lemonade when we asked for classic reg lemonade! The Sandwiches are the size and quality of the dollar menu or 4 for 4 meal lol. Very disappointing ? so everything went into the trash!!! Maybe it's just the area we live in. Food just was not fresh at all. I couldn't eat it anymore after a bite or 2!!!? It's not nearly how good quality Arby's used to bePrice went up, size went down wowww just wowwww!!! The size of the drinks really shrunk! Kids size..what a joke!!

I ordered a number 13 just now they gave me a number eight I was very nice and walked in and said hey I ordered a number 13 the manager I believe his name is Angelo told me no I overheard you in the drive-through you said 8 I said I didn't he said yes you did.... I said okay have a good day and I walked out with my incorrect order as he started smiling. That was the most unprofessional thing I've ever been part of not only did he tell me I was wrong but he smiled about it obviously he's going through something I'll never come back which is fine you guys don't need my business but I would suggest getting this kid out of there with his terrible attitude. His first defense was to tell me that I was wrong twice I'm not going to argue with a child. If needed I have the entire recording of this situation.

Just went there to grab a bite. This is what they served for a lemonade at $3.69. Next time just grab a strawberry lemonade from salad and go for $1.50. You just lost a loyal customer Arbys. Cup not even as big as my freaking pen.

Was hard to hear the speaker at the drive thru. Young Hispanic girl at the drive thru was very snotty, saw her roll her eyes at not pay attention to what she was doing lid on drink was not on properly. She asked if I wanted any condiments I asked for ketchup. Food wasn’t ready so told to move to front of store opened the bag no napkins Or ketchup. She made a nasty remark about the vehicle behind me. Maybe she had a bad day not sure but don’t like rude and arrogant towards customers.

When I pulled up they “accidentally” gave my food away to someone else and when they remade my food it was cold and bla I’m still waiting to be refunded just messy
