We stopped at the one on 35 th ave and bell rd…. 12 pm Sunday afternoon. Empty. Literally empty. Not a single car or person inside the building. Pulled up to the menu got told “ review the menu and I’ll be with you in a minute “ ok we waited 3-4 minutes. My husband said… hello… got the same message with an attitude… waited another few minutes with no service. We pulled away and we will not be returning .

I went through the drive through and got 2 sandwiches and 2 fries, and when I stopped to get my food out of the bag, I didn't have both sandwiches. So I started to go back around the drive through and it was full. So I hopped out and went up to the window and asked if they had a deluxe back there as mine wasn't in the bag, so the gal went and got my sandwich, thrust it at me and told me not to come up to the drive through. I was being nice, and granted I shouldn't have went up to her, but I didn't deserve the treatment she gave me. Probably won't be back if that is how they respond to not doing there job. She should have checked the bag for my complete order.

The new Angus cheesesteak was not good at all. They put way too much garlic aioli on the bun and some of ths meat was fatty and chewy.

Reuben was not the usual flavorful and shake (mocha). was so sweet you could not taste the flavor.
absolute worst I will never stop here again. starting with the passive aggressive tall dark completion dude with glasses rushing me through drive through, 14 minutes later I'm still out front waiting for a basic order of roast beef and fries. had to go inside to find out what is happening, immediately that same man is rude and defensive with zero apology, giving every excuse instead of just fixing the problem. a lady with a septum piercing comes from the back with the sandwich and then STARTS cooking the fries lol. wow. asked for a refund, visibly annoyed at that point, and while doing so she acts like I'm the problem. unprofessional establishment, probably a blessing because I would never want to eat eat what they've handled.

They'll be happy to charge you for whatever you want; they just won't be smart enough to figure out how to give you what you wanted and genuinely seem like horrible people with awful attitudes that get worse the more confused they get over very simple requests and should never be allowed in any sort of customer service related job.
