If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Don't bring your service dogs or dogs in training here. They will force you to leave if you don't have your papers or vest. It's illegal for a restaurant to demand papers or require a vest. Not only did they kick us out, the manager was very rude about it. All while just standing and chilling at the register chatting in an empty restaurant. I'll be going to McDonald's down the street. They are infinitely kinder and have never given me or my dog an issue.

Just moved to the deer Valley area and this is my local location. Been here three times and each time no one else in the drive-through and have waited five minutes or more for somebody to respond. Have to repeat my order multiple times then asked to pull forward and wait another 10+ minutes to get my food if I wasn’t dealing with a pregnant woman’s craving, I would have gone somewhere else.

I ordered last Tuesday, 9/23 and wow!!
I felt like the service was princess treatment! A man held the door for me on the way in. The bathroom was good. The cashier, Travis, cooked fresh chicken tenders for me and offered sauces twice!! The chicken tenders actually slapped so def check it out.

It should never take 14 minutes for two value items. Not one person in front of me, told me to pull over to the side to wait?? What for?? Make no sense. Wasted my whole lunch waiting for a slider and chx wrap. What a joke. You can’t call and get ahold of anyone with the number provided which is a huge inconvenience.

I called this evening to see if they were offering a certain 2 person meal they have for $9.99. No one even bothered to pick up the phone, it rang several times then hung up! I mean, seriously, you have that much business going on this evening that you could not answer one question that would have resulted in an order? ZERO STARS IN MY BOOK!! WHY EVEN HAVE A PHONE IF YOU WONT ANSWER THE DAMN THING! I WILL NEVER BOTHER THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!! EVER!!

Worst Arby's in town, should be closed down. Tried for the third time to give this place a chance to prove me wrong and got two cold sandwiches today. Have had hairs on my bread and cold food the other two times. Save your money plenty of decent fast food around the area.

It’s the first time I’ve had Arby’s. It was disgusting. The fries were chewy and not crispy at all. The sandwich meat was a weird grey color and was dripping water. I had to wash my mouth out. Never going back
