Been going here for years. Today will be my last time for a while. They are so slow! Don't come here for lunch of you want anything faster than 10 to 15 minutes. I sat for 2 minutes before they even acknowledged me. I ordered a plain old Roast beef and Curly Fries. There was one person in front of me and no one in the parking lot. They obviously have some staffing issues. I'll be giving them a few months before I go back to let them sort this out. The Wendy's next door and the McDonald's right across the street are super fast.

It took 30 minutes to get my food in a drive-thru. I still ended up going inside to grab the order. The food we go was way over seasoned. I watched multiple people get out of line and drive away.

I came threw the drive through and ordered the homestyle turkey ranch and bacon sandwich with regular fry's and a tea. Not only was my food out instantly and hot. But the sweet girl with red hair in drive threw made my experience amazing so respectful and asked if I wanted desert with my order I couldn't help myself to two cherry pies! She is doing her job right and has my vote on amazing customer service!

Arbys is one of my favorite fast food restaurants but when I tried to use my 2 meal $9.99 coupon and they told me they couldn't accept it, only the manager can accept coupons and he wasn't there. I ended up paying almost $25 for 2 meals when I was expecting to pay $10! Then they tell me they are out of ice and I said that's fine because I had ice at home. Not only were the sodas warm, they were flat!!!! So I ended up with bad service and no drink and paid full price! Food was also subpar compared to other Arby's locations! Will not go back to Deer Valley location!

The customer service from the people working there was very good. I felt welcome. There was a small wait to get help at the front register but it seems like most fast food restaurants are understaffed these days. The atmosphere is very relaxed and not high pressure. There is a lot of seating and many windows. The food tastes good for fast food. The 4 star rating is no fault on the staff. It's on the "shrinkflation" of the chicken wraps. They are approximately $2.99 each and are the size of an egg roll. The 2 for $7 chicken sandwiches is the way to go if you're hungry and on a budget.
Parking: Moderate amount of parking spaces. Most customers pass through the drive-thru.
Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk flush with pavement.

Ok I know that times are tough for Arby's and all fast food. However to be honest here i was kind of irked today. Normally this place has always gotten the gong rung for excellent service.
Ordered a upsized french dip meal and a reuben sandwich. A total of 23.50.
This location "to cut costs" reduced my drink size. Idk about other ones but the sandwich was also filled with less meat and the French dip was pretty bare. (Last time I was here it was about 6 months ago)
Ok I get that stuff costs more and Arby's raised the price, but honestly your soda is the cheapest thing you have! Why cut thay back it is the most noticeable thing.
When I said something the manager was kinda snyde and just gave me a smaller cup to go with my reduced cup.she made it clear she was not happy with me....
Sorry Arbys but I'd rather take my money somewhere else
