Sat at the drive-through with nobody else in line and got told two times in a row after waiting five minutes in between, that they just needed a second horrible service

It’s the first time I’ve had Arby’s. It was disgusting. The fries were chewy and not crispy at all. The sandwich meat was a weird grey color and was dripping water. I had to wash my mouth out. Never going back

Crinkle Cut Fries were cold and hard this time unfortunately. I got Market Fresh Turkey Sandwich which was super fresh and tasty!

Potatoes cakes are back! They made them fresh for me and brought them to my car. Hot and delicious. Great customer service and food. I will be back.

The food just tasted off. And my curly fries were all straight no curls :( like bottom of the bag fries. I was not a fan of the mac and cheese. Mozzarella sticks were good

This is the absolute worst place I have ever been!!! You have to tell the people 3 times what you want and they still get it wrong they will charge you for things and not give them to you the people “working” seem like they are more interested in having personal conversations or playing with their friends then helping or doing their jobs! and when you let them know all they say is they will let their gm know! I would stay as far away from this place as possible!!

Waited over 10 minutes for my sandwich and finally had to request a refund as my lunch break was over. 1 other customer in store and I was the only one in drive thru...yet 4 employees couldn't manage to get a sandwich out in under 10 minutes

Do yourself a huge favor and go to a different location. Botched order, cold food, missing items, argument to recieve missing items and still leave missing food that was paid for. Pathetic
