We did drive thru. We had two sandwiches both were cold. The fries were cold and hard as a rock. Seems like they were cooked in old oil yesterday. We ordered a root beer soda. Not sure what flavor it was. It definately wasn't root beer. It was more like colored water. On top of that we did not get any napkins. All this for $ 19.96 One classic meal and a double Arby's. We love Arby's but this was the the worst ever.

Worst Arby's I've been to. Cheddar sauce, fries, au jus, etc are cold and/or half way filled. They'll mess up your order, tell you they'll make it up/discount next time, then next time mess up a couple more things. EVERY TIME (and I'm not even making special requests, just regular menu items, during non rush hours). You have about 5 other fast food places within walking distance of this one that all do better. Avoid this place. FYI - went to the website they're replying with in these comments, filled it out, requested they contact me, no response.

I love Arby's in general, but the location we recently visited had poor service and the quality of what we ordered was not the same. It's sad how customer service and quality has decreased but the prices keep escalating.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Order took way too long. While Miss Manager walked around with her tablet, the place cant get a typical order through. Wasnt even crowded. We have limited time for our lunch and cant risk the delays.

Worst food I have ever paid for forgot cheese on a beef and cheddar and no sauce that I requested and waited 10 mins for food in drive through went back to correct and was asked is that it when I mentioned the mistakes and
Took 15 minutes for order at drive through to be completed. Staff is slow and disrespectful. Had to request a receipt after waiting 15 minutes.Food was ok.

This place should be closed down, I work for at an office down the street and remember when I worked at Arby’s so I noticed there was one by my new job. I went here once and they messed up my order. I did not eat it the first time and even got my money back (after work). Today I asked for 3 sliders and sauce for my fries. My fries were so hard I couldn’t even bite into them…..no sauce either and I almost threw up biting the Roast beef slider. Again I did not eat it it smelled so bad and old I wanted to literally vomit. I’ve smelled McDonald’s sausage EGG muffins smell better than that rancid roast beef. ?? I was too upset to complain this time so here ya go! Will not be spending my hard earned money on this junk! Regret my tips

Just an update the service still sucks here. 4/5 jalapeño bites in my order. Never get sauce request right. Waited for 10 minutes in the drive through.
