The people on here saying that someone was rude to them... I just don't think you know what customer service is. I would go so far as to say you have never worked in the service industry. This is a family owned business and they are very nice very welcoming. But that's just the start.. great pizza actually ordered 2 days in a row. I really want to try the wings next time. But I will say for the money this is a very authentic NY style pizza with lots of flavor and fresh ingredients. Not mush done in area but take out has worked great so far. Again prices are more than fair as well. Give this place a chance some of the best restaurants are hidden in crappy shopping malls. This place is a staple and has been here for years. Just try it I know everyone has different taste buds. But I promise the people complain about service.... It's just the same complaining person who wants something special for free. This place is fantastic and my new close to home stop for pizza anytime. Go check them out if you haven't yet.
Chicago pizza. Hot wings. Excellent flavor and quality ingredients. Ordering online with Arizona authentic pizza website was very easy and straightforward. Delivery girl was on point and followed directions perfectly. Great organization here!

The customer service rep Javier messed up my whole order! I ordered a pizza and wings and he told me my order would come out to $21 dollars. And it wasn't enough for delivery because there delivery minimum is $25. So I told him to add a tiramisu cake to make up for that charge. So then he said "ok" your new total is $25.56 When I got the delivery the wings where not there. So I called back and he said I didn't order wings. His customer service is horrible! He then continued to argue with me and said I never ordered wings. The only reason why I ordered a cake is because he said my order wasn't enough for a delivery because the total had to be $25 total for a delivery. This guy needs to go back to high school or get his GED. Because his math is all the way off! Instead of saying "ok I'll just make the wings and send them over" he told me my new total would be $30 smh fire this guy if you want to run a successful business.

Called to place order and the guy who answered did not know of any prices of the the pizza they sale and was rude and hung up as I tried to order again the guy was rude did not know anything told me hold on then hung up on me bad service

We were heading back home and wanted pizza. Found this place by chance and decided to give it a try. Don't let the look of the shopping center fool you. Great pizza!! We had the Chicago special and it was absolutely delicious. There's not much to the restaurant itself but the 2 guys working were super friendly and they make awesome pizzas.
