Not fresh.
I recommend the steak chimmi . Wish they would put more meat n less peppers n onions. .
We love the Armando burrito. It's the biggest burrito for only 10$. I'm glad I don't live too close or I'd weigh 500lbs. Whenever we're in the neighborhood this is where we go.
This Mexican food restaurant has very friendly stuff member that help find the best food for the buck. Their food is good. I order super nachos the half size. You get a good-sized portion of the super nachos even though they are half size. The meat you get on your super nachos is very soft and tasty on top of the guacamole that made homemade. When ordering, make sure you ask for the chips light cooked some time they over cook them. This quick in getting your food out. I give them 5 star. For food and their kind nature feel you get when you order from this Armando, Mexican food.
Native AZ guy who happened to be next to Armandos when craving late night Mexican food. We got a couple carna asada chimis and a super nachos. The food was amazing. It's like I remember from the 90s. Every bite was delicious. The super nachos was also well layered where each bite was good. No soggy chips or fatty oil. I wish this place was closer to my house. Gosh, I will probably drive here anyway even though it's not close to my home. Keep up the great food!

fast food Mexican, they have a drive thru. the dining room was pretty clean and a tad dated. no music but they have a couple TVs on. the cashier wasn't friendly and didn't seem happy to be there. figures for this kind of work I guess.
I got a Carne asada burrito and chicken taco. the chicken taco was OK, little plain for the meat the salsa was doing the heavy lifting for flavor. not too unusual. the burrito was pretty good mostly meat with a little pico and guacamole. less meat and more guac and more pico and it would honestly be perfect. the salsas were above decent for being the super typical 1 red and 1 green. possibly made in house. the last couple bites of the burrito tasted a little off like cheap oil/ tortilla.
Can't give it 5 stars w/ the ambience and service but I would return.

Asked a friend for a breakfast recommendation in the area to cater a volunteer event and was referred to Armando's :) I had never tried so totally went out on a limb ordering 3 dozen breakfast burritos for the volunteer crew. Spoke to Noe on the phone and he helped make the ordering and delivery process seamless! I ordered the machaca, hash, Mexicana, and potato burritos and received great feedback from the volunteers regarding all the burritos! They went sooo fast I didn't even have time to snap a couple photos! I personally tried the hash and Mexicana and was very pleased with both. Very large and full of fillings and flavor! The total came out to about $10/burrito including dozens of ramekins of salsa plus a delivery charge which I thought was very reasonable. Thank you Armando's and Noe for bringing joy and community to our event!

Great food! Had the Pollo asada tostada.
I come here all the time but lately the portion sizes have gotten smaller and the prices have gone up. I got the fish tacos today with double rice no beans and they gave me the regular rice with no beans. Lots of green sauce and I got 2 sauces. Y’all gotta do better, I tip in the bucket when I have cash. But I’ll gonna start eating at Filiberto‘s if this continues. I know they would fix it if I come back but this place is almost 40 minutes from me since I’ve moved. Just wanted to complain and hope they do better. But next time just might be the last time.
