Update: Spoke with a manager & was given an apology which was nice. Although they stated they are working on changing their to-go containers, it felt very much like an excuse. I was told that if someone hits a pothole the sauce will leak.

After spending $35 for a delivery order I was not expecting this. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 10 years and have never seen a to-go order look like this. I even looked up the reviews before hand and the food looked amazing from the photos. The dish wrapped with plastic wrap, but still spilled all over the inside of the bag. No napkins or utensils. You would think for a pasta place they would have better to-go containers. Super bummed this was my first meal ever in AZ.

The good was great. The portion on the other hand. 👎🏾 And here I thought Italian restaurants were where generous portions were the norm.

Our service was excellent. There was live music, that was nice. The chicken cordon bleu it had good flavor, small portion size in my opinion. The fried calamari was soft. The meatballs appetizer was good. The 3 other people I was with loved their pasta dishes. One person order their pasta daily special with the vodka maranara sauce, the other person had lobster ravioli and the last dish was spaghetti with meatballs. I tried the pasta special dish and the spaghetti with meatballs, I thought it was okay. I'm hard to please though when eating Itilian out. This is our friends favorite Itilian spot.

Say yes to the Bread ❤️
It is warm , toasty, and comes with a small portion of olive oil for dipping. Yummy! 3/5

Lobster ravioli was okay. Not filling. Not overpowering. But definitely not worth the price.
Comes with Lobster, shrimp and crab. Only tasted the shrimp 😒 2/5

Wonderful service.
Interesting interaction between staff.
Great to see staff recognize customers by name.

Will definitely return.

Note: they open at 5. But, was told that if you arrive when they open the food takes about 45 minutes. Good to know.

Parking: Tight, small, parking spots.

Terrible vegetables in salmon dinner. Won’t go there again.

Theresa was a brilliant server along with the rest of the staff! Felt right at home after our hostess/bartender sat us at the perfect table. The food was definitely as advertised. From chicken parmesan to cordon blue and also eggplant, meatballs and gnocchi.... All divine!

Portion for one meal could feed 3, so the price for what you receive makes sense. The bread that came with my meal was fresh and tasty. The meal itself was just okay. Sauce was decent, but I wish it had more eggplant. My concern is with the quality of the meat. The Italian sausage was soggy. It kind of just dissolved in my mouth in a weird way. I'm half Sicilian and grew up making lots of dishes that included sausage. Never had sausage come out this texture, so I'm unsure if it had gone bad or if it was cooked poorly.

My family and I go here all the time. The food and service are always amazing! It is our little local gem and 10/10 recommend it to everyone!

It's ok I guess. Food is very plain, what it lacks in flavor it also lacks in color and variety. But if you want a piece of decently cooked meat on top of a large bed of dry, bland noodles, this is certainly one of the places you could go. Staff is ok, a bit slow and not particularly welcoming. Not really much to say about them, didn't see them much. Atmosphere tricks you into thinking this place probably has great food. Seems like a really cool find until dinner is served.

First time here and loved it! Service was excellent, ambiance was perfect for date night (including live music), and the food was exquisite! We ordered the fried calamari appetizer (not the traditional mini squid, more like strips with a thicker crispy breading and a creamy dipping sauce--delicious, but if you are expecting the standard fried calamari you will be in for a surprise). We split one of the green salads, quite a large portion and it 6hit the spot! For our entrees, I enjoyed the lobster ravioli in a creamy red sauce complete with succulent chunks of lobster (spice level customizeable). My fiancee ordered a mushroom and chicken dish served atop penne pasta (reminded me of chicken marsala). I would order both again, they were so delicious! Glass of red blend tied it all together--and of course, the complimentary foccacia bread complete with olive oil and balsamic dipping sauce, warm from the oven (pro tip: save some for dipping in the lobster ravioli sauce!).

We had a great experience here while celebrating our anniversary. My partner surprised me and chose this spot since we used to frequent it years ago in Fountain Hills. Bread with balsamic and olive oil for dipping is served first.

It is an intimate restaurant and would be great for a date night. The specials today were lasagna and lobster ravioli and one more dish I can't recall. I ordered the lasagna and my partner ordered the carne de cannoli (essentially lasagna but enchilada style). The sauces on both was a vodka cream sauce and it was delicious! My lasagna portion was massive -- I could only eat about 1/4 of it.

This place would have received 5 stars if not for my salad. We both ordered the salad with mixed greens and balsamic vinaigrette and most of my salad mix was too wilted for my taste.

Excellent service from our kind server.

Also super sad: I left my leftovers. I was looking forward to that lasagna for later -- we will be back!

We have finally found an Italian restaurant worth going to! The food was delicious, and we are a bit snobbish when it comes to Italian food, we will absolutely be back.

We come here probably once a week and have never had anything but great food and service. Lasagna is great. Chicken parm is my go to, and the Alfredo is delish.
