It’s 115 outside. We had a 5 pm reservation. The manager would not let us sit inside until right at 5. We got there about 15 minutes early. By the time they let us in, we were sweaty messes, dying for water. I understand they couldn’t seat us yet but they could have allowed us to just wait in the lobby. We weren’t expecting to be waited on or seated until 5. Not only very rude but unsafe. The paper plates and flatware was very disappointing. I had the fish and chips. Chips were soggy. Tasted like frozen that were heated up. Coleslaw warm and spoiled. Salads were tiny. My entire party of four were highly disappointed in the overpriced food that was not very good. Our drinks were good and our waitress was good. The convenience of eating here before the show was not worth the price and mediocre food. Will not eat there again.

So expensive for what you get. Go somewhere else and then come to the theater. This is $20!!

Both my friend and I ordered fish dishes (fish & chips and fish tacos). We were both so disappointed, as the fish was basically one step up from frozen processed fish sticks. We also ordered deviled eggs as an appetizer, and they tasted very mustard-heavy, thus, obliterating the taste of bacon and other ingredients. Our waiter was Chris, and he was accommodating, cordial, helpful, and polite. The restaurant appeared very clean, nicely decorated, and with relaxing views of the grassy, well-manicured grounds. *** To be fully transparent, we selected this restaurant based on convenience -- not with high expectations.
Parking: We were approximately two hours early for our show, so parking was abundant at that time. I appreciated separate parking for those attending a performance.

Good service; food just ok. Got the roast w/mashed potatoes, carrots & gravy. It was clearly chuck roast (fatty); possibly instant potatoes.Other person got fish tacos - he said they could have used salsa.Overpriced for what it is.VERY noisy - nothing to dampen the people talking & laughing LOUD!The specialty cocktail was horrendous. The beer & wine was fine.

The menu is limited, but everything we've tried is tasty. The bar service is awesome. The specialty drinks for each show are some of our favorite beverages. Paul and Marilane work hard to get everyone served before each show. We've never had an issue with intermission drink pre-orders. It's definitely a convenient place to dine before the show.
Vegetarian options: My friend really liked her black bean burger!

I grabbed drinks at the art rooftop with a couple friends and had a great time. really nice view of the city, cool atmosphere, great food/drinks, and service. Our server Jayla took great care of us and made us feel really welcomed. The whole staff was great. Overall, great experience.

My wife and I had a date night at the theater. Thankfully we arrived early enough to enjoy some delicious food at the Bistro. We both has alcoholic beverages. My bride enjoyed a margarita, and I had a Greenwood brewing purpose pilsner. It was a perfect match to the fish and chips I ordered. The meal was cooked perfectly. Our waiter was superb. Great place perfectly positioned to enjoy before taking in a theater production.

Fantastic service, good food, and a great place for a meal before an amazing show! Not a big key lime fan, but the key lime cheesecake is absolutely delicious!
Great entertaining bartender Paul, good food. We had 3 courses.
Good food and nice atmosphere, great place to get a dinner or drink before a show with Phoenix Theatre Company.
Drinks and appetizer in a relaxing atmosphere pre-show. Excellent service.
