This restaurant has a cozy, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home. The menu is simple but full of delicious options, from fresh fish to tasty meats and sides. With great drinks, fun desserts, and live guitar music, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing, flavorful meal.

8pm Monday.

Drove in. Parked. The guy came out and told us we're closed now.

Their door sign say 9pm closing time.

A total waste of time!!!

I can't recommendation this restaurant enough. I had the enmoladas and can confidently say that it is the best mole I've ever had. Service and atmosphere was excellent as well.

Was recommended this place for authentic Mexican food by a tour guide. tried the shrimp ceviche and guisados, both were very nice. Price is a bit on the high side bur worth it for the quality of food.

WATCH OUT FOR PRICES! Food was good but prices were way too high. Soda water was $5 with no refills. It was $36 for 2 plates of chips and guacamole that we didn’t order assuming it came with the meal. What Mexican restaurant doesn’t give complimentary chips and dip ?!?! It was unclear what came with the meal and what was a la carte. Turns out most things were a la carte for $6-7. They wouldn’t split up our bill either. Now I know why…because people would argue their bill. When it is all on one bill you don’t know who ordered what and they can get away with nickel and diming people.

What a treat! Asi Es La Vida is an excellent place to dine. The food and service were top notch. I took my sons and a few of their friends out to dinner at the restaurant. We were met with a wonderful waitress that tended to our every need. The food was EXCELLENT! Very authentic, flavorful, and filling. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice, with a feeling of being in a small home. I will be returning to Asi Es Vida!

It's true what they say about the ambiance. This place is very small, but nice. The food is good, the service is very nice. But the pricing is a little high for mexican food. Non alcoholic drinks $6. Add up quickly with the wine glasses full of ice. I left hungry after the 3 taco dinner I had. Food tasted good, but not for $68 dollars plus tip for 2.

Food was Fantastic!! High end flavors and presentation, classy with live music(but not some loud mariachi you can't think over) definitely going into the rotation.
