They need to update their pick-up policy. Very inconvenient. It would be helpful to have that info before placing my order not after you charged the card. Definitely not going back and I'm not the only one to complain about this issue.

I'm really angry I wanted wings with bones and they gave me boneless I told the manager and did not care he just blame me that that was my fault and made it difficult to get my money back what's sad when people talk bad about that place I use to protect and paid lots of money to get their wings now I'm never going to atl again. Management is so unorganized with bad attitude now I really hate this place and going make sure none of my family and friends will go to this place. It's really sad

This was one of the BEST WING SPOTS..I am a food critic lol and I will give you my opinion annnnd YES! I must say some of the BEST WINGS IVE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!I drove back to my hotel about 5 miles away wings were still hot…HOT, WELL SEASONED, JUST FULL OF FLAVOR.The service was GREAT!! The young man was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.They need to have more stars don’t let the 4.0 fool you… they should be 5 stars

Horrible experience, if I could give them A ZERO I would.. I go in there to order some wings the 1st guy had a dry attitude.. I asked for half-and-half he tells me I can only either order drums or flats. I asked him to get his manager because that’s never been the case when I came into order before.. the so-called manager, who claim he’s the owner tells me, they can do it but they’re going to charge me an up charge for damn near $2 which had never been the case before. Worst experience ever?
