Today I went to ATL wings it’s 815 pm was excited to get wings, and left as soon as the cashier came out with a face like she didn’t want to be at work. No emotion just a mean face with no personality like we were busying her for coming in. My mom didn’t understand what she was asking, and instead of explaining she question she just kept asking the same question. This is disgusting customer service, and because of her I will not bring my money back!

ATL Wings never disappoints, especially when Nate is in the kitchen! He’s the only one I trust to cook my wings—they come out PERFECT every single time. (Crispy, flavorful, and cooked just the way I like them.) Plus, he’s super funny and friendly, but still keeps it professional. Always a great vibe when he’s there.
Also shoutout to Maryna as well! She’s new but already doing an awesome job. She’s super sweet and always makes sure my order is correct the first time. That kind of attention to detail makes a huge difference.. Appreciate the care!

I went with the Ranch Dry Rub (spicy) and Mango Habanero wings with ATL fries, and wow — flavor-wise, they nailed it. The ranch rub had the perfect kick, and the mango habanero was sweet, spicy, and addicting.
But here’s the part that stings a little: this meal set me back about $25 — nearly $30. And you only get one ranch… each extra ranch is $1.50! For that price, I was expecting wings, fries, and maybe a motivational speech about why my bank account had to suffer.
Delicious food, but definitely a “special occasion” kind of spot — not an every-week lunch stop unless you’ve got wing money to burn.

Called ahead of time to place a order I was about 40 mins away… she proceeds to ask if I will pay in store or over the phone I said whatever was best and easiest for her she went on with “oh if you pay in store we’ll start them once you pay” the reason of me ordering ahead was for them to be ready by then I got there .. gave her my card info over the phone she gave me a time of 10 mins once again we where about 30 mins away at this point . We get there they still not have set got the order I wait another 40 min for the wings now I’m getting fraud charges left to right and I had never had a issue with the card or fraud and all of a sudden I give my card info and now I’m getting charges idk this was my place to go only difference was the girl up front and me paying over the phone rather than in person . I will proceed to call and let managers know because everyone in there looked off .

1st time ordering from this location, and as usual you get southside service. My online order wasn't hot, barley warm. Pickup time was 5:50p, I arrived at 5:55p. I paid $1.35 extra for cheesy fries with my combo, was told by the cashier you can't have cheesy fries on a combo order at this location, although the app stated it was a choice (that i pointed out), she ended up giving me 1 small container of cheese. I paid $16 for 6 piece boneless wing combo, and 3 of the pieces are a joke. I've been to other locations in the valley with a whole lot better chicken, If you look on the app for this location they are out of stock on many items.

When I tell this is horrible this is the most awful experience I've had. First they won't change anything on the menu, ok I can deal with that but when I have my grandbabiea saying how inappropriate the TV and music is that's a problem. Then I get my food and when I tell you the meat on the slider is smaller then a normal slice of pickle I'm not exaggerating. I ask her to take the $12 sliders back and just give me a $10 sandwich never asking for the difference. Then I ask for a sauce and she gets a calculator to see how much I owe for that. I'm so angry. We chose this for the first time over King Wings BIG MISTAKE

I tried to not let myself do this but time and time again this location upsets me and makes me feel like I’m wasting my appetite and money. I said the last 3x I came here that I wouldn’t come back because use of the shitty triple breaded bottom of the bag wings and the French fries that are as hard as kettle chips, I only end up eating half of the fries because they’re always overly hard. I try to support because I only live 3 mins away but I will NEVER spend another dollar at this location again I rather drive 20 mins to downtown. My personal opinion is this location gives the ATL franchise a bad name.. yall need to get it together, yesterday! Tonight I wasted $35
