I tried to not let myself do this but time and time again this location upsets me and makes me feel like I’m wasting my appetite and money. I said the last 3x I came here that I wouldn’t come back because use of the shitty triple breaded bottom of the bag wings and the French fries that are as hard as kettle chips, I only end up eating half of the fries because they’re always overly hard. I try to support because I only live 3 mins away but I will NEVER spend another dollar at this location again I rather drive 20 mins to downtown. My personal opinion is this location gives the ATL franchise a bad name.. yall need to get it together, yesterday! Tonight I wasted $35

Called over and over again and nobody picked up the phone. When I got in the store the workers weren’t doing anything and I even called when I was in there to see if the phone was working and it was they were just ignoring the calls.

Service is poor. We called to make a pickup order an hour before closing and they put us on hold for 25 minutes and then said they weren’t taking any more orders.
Walked in to place an order and first off, the place is dead. Placed my order that came with a large drink and the cashier told me, “I’ll give you your drink when the food comes out.” I ask if I can have it now, and she respond with “this is a new policy, sorry I know it’s dumb.” I said oh alright, laughed a bit then walked away. Obviously it’s not her fault. Withholding my drink until I get my food because the owner is worried I will bankrupt his business by the possibility of a customer getting and extra kool-aid refill is truly ridiculous and very funny. Long Wongs is across the street, they’ve never been worried about a few extra sips out of a cup.

TLDR; Customer service was wonderful and food came out fast and hot! Inside was pretty stuffy/hot from there being lack of AC circulation, but other than that I enjoyed my experience. My review of the food itself is more about personal preference of the flavor of wings and fries I ordered, however it was all fully cooked and pretty tasty.
I decided to stop by ATL wings earlier today since I'd been wanting to try it. Customer service was lovely and the food came out quick!
However, I did notice it was quite stuffy/hot in there from either a lack of AC or the AC being unable to circulate through the entire facility. Seeing as it was around 110⁰F today, I couldn't sit inside for too long as I was getting uncomfortably hot. I definitely felt for the workers that had to stay in the building all day today, and I hope they were able to stay hydrated and cool.
As for the food itself: It was good and everything was cooked well, but I personally don't think the Garlic Parm boneless wings were my cup of tea. I believe there was thyme on them, and that's all fine and dandy but I personally don't like thyme. I'm not blaming the restaurant at all as ordering the Garlic Parm wings was my choice, but I thought I'd add that little observation to this review.The ATL style wings were okay too, maybe a little thin but again that's no fault of the restaurant itself. They were, like the wings, cooked perfectly and they were hot when I was eating them. I'm also definitely willing to give other wing flavors a try! That being said, I will be giving this place another go at some point ?

Went last Saturday the Cashier Beatriz was so damn rude to every one I’ve came to eat here before when the cook was taking orders and making the food and it was a way better experience then went that girl was taking orders if you don’t like Your job get a new one bt really made a hostile environment I came in w my whole family I was going to use the restroom before I ordered n she was like you have to order first not only that mh sister tried to order n pay with 100$ dollar bill and they couldn’t accept it you’d think they would have chnage considering the prices honestly so disappointed I been wanting to write this review and I wasn’t going to forget how horrible that day was I sat n ate food was good bt that whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth
