Had family over so we decided to get wings here to see what the hype’s all about. Boooooo. We were better off buying them from Barros with our pizza. Ordered a 36 piece with hot and habañero wings. Ordered online. When my husband picked them up they were out of habañero sauce. They did all hot. They were definitely not hot, my 1 yo ate some. Womp womp don’t plan on coming back. Usually don’t tip online and I did this time 🤦♀️
Went in for the father's day special. Of course they were busy. We ordered was told it would be probably like 10 min figured it would take a little longer. 45 min go by people kept coming in ordering and getting their food and leaving. People who ordered 20 to 25 min after us got their food and left meanwhile we're still waiting. I go up and ask about it to be greeted with attitude and when I said about people who ordered 20+ min after us being long gone the guy working mumbled damn with attitude as he turned away.
I ordered food for Father's Day and my dad's wings look3e good, he said they were good but I got the sliders and not only were they a huge disappointment I'd rather recommend Arby's sliders instead. First off they weren't even cooked hot second they were tiny pieces of popcorn chicken on a small kings roll so basically a small bite of chicken with a kings roll third got my order wrong and never got my sauce on the side asked for no pickles and cheese but got both also the Fry's seasoning was really good but not cooked too well so maybe just stick too wings
Food was excellent.. will differently go hack
Great wing's and clean environment
This review is based in multiple doordash pick ups and the couple times I figured I'd give this place a chance. I regret giving them a second chance, but the doordash orders from here do pay well!
I truly wish I could give this place a better score but there's no reason for it. Came in and all I saw was high school kids running the place. Loud cussing, ignorant vulgar music playing with children present. Nobody's in uniforms, employees seem to have girlfriends or their partners hanging out inside and outside the restaurant. Every employee I saw was on their phones, sitting down or outside smoking Marijuana. They come in through the side door WREAKING like weed. The kids at the register have no personality. Nobody smiles and there's no warm greeting when walking in BUT I did have the employee behind the counter yell across the dining room the second I walked in, will this be for here or to go?
I will say this though, there was ONE elderly gentleman in uniform with glasses that seemed to be the only one with any type of pride(manager/owner maybe?) Seen the guy on a few pick ups while doordashing before actually coming in and trying this place(huge regret) but this guy was the only one on a ladder wiping stuff down, sweeping and mopping and cleaning tables. Then he dissappear into the back and comes out with loads of trash. I could tell this guy actually cared, whoever he is, deserves a raise.
The atmosphere is very dull and dormant inside and you can tell nobody enjoys being here. There was even an employee who wished death upon an elderly customer and was allowed to stay on the premises after doing so while i was picking up an order a few days ago. Never a manager in site and if there is, they seem like they have no control over the staff. The wings we had seemed like they had been sitting in a basket for HOURS before being served to us. Fries we inedible and soggy like they weren't even cooked long enough. I honestly don't know how this place is opened still and corporate or whoever the owner is doesn't care enough about the place to ensure their establishment is run properly, safely and professionally. Not a single uniform is site, holes in clothes, no non slip shoes loud ignorant student staff oh and let's not forget while eating, a group of high school kids kids show up in baseball and football uniforms and just walk behind the register and start helping themselves to food and drinks from the kitchen.
This place is wilder than Buffalo wild wings with just a splash of unethical behavior and unprofessionalism from the management and owners. Come here is your bored and need entertainment. This place is a joke. If I was the owner, I'd step in and start making some major changes before these kids run you out of business. Come for the entertainment not the food.
Fast fresh clean and amazing chicken
I love the wings. I wish I had happier people working at the counter every time I always get some lady that's mad just came back from there the lady told the guy to give me blue cheese instead of ranch on purpose I'm not going to go return it because I'm just tired of these people. I did order extra Ranch paid for it. There's a nice ATL open 83rd and Thunderbird would not go to 35th Thunderbird no more

We walked in to place a to go order last night. It was our sins birthday, he wanted his favorite chicken & fries. The wireless all wished him a happy 3rd birthday, even the cooks in the back when they heard. One guy came out to bring him a crayon coloring packed to doodle with while we waited for our food to be prepared. The place was clean & everyone seemed to enjoy working there. When we got home to eat, the food was excellent. WWE are very happy this location is within a couple miles of us. It's worth the drive every time.
Kid-friendliness: They really went out of their way for our son the birthday boy

We can only share our opinion about the food since it was a takeout order. The food was definitely nothing like award winning as the website claims. I've never had worse wings! Hard, overcooked as hell! I've eaten at ATL wings before in Chandler, very nice wings. This place needs to check the cooks! My husband paid, but I would request a refund for sure!!

Their wings and fries were amazing! I ordered 18wings and large Cajun fries with drinks and spent like $38. My first time here and I loved the customer service. Cede helped me out with taste testing some of the sauces to make sure what I was getting I liked, she gave my kids coloring pages and food was brought to me. I definitely will be coming back! If you come here ask for CEDE (pronounced like sayde) she definitely has a wonderful personality that made me feel right at home and made us feel welcomed!
Parking: Right in front of the store is a huge parking lot
Kid-friendliness: Music is kid friendly and they also have tvs with family friendly things to watch along with one tv that has kid shows on
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of tables to sit at with a wheelchair

Let me preface by saying this is the second time we’ve ordered from here and the first time the food was outstanding. My spouse ordered from here today and the food was terrible. The wings were tough and tasted almost like they were freezer burnt. Part of our order was missing and all of the drinks were wrong. Tried to get a refund through DoorDash and was declined. Will not order from here again.
Super disappointed. Ordered ahead of time for pick up - still ended up waiting almost an hour for our food. Not only that, but it was cold, hard, and practically inedible for the most part when we actually got the food. Some of the pieces of chicken looked like dried potatoes they were left out for so long. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but it was so bad I don't think id give this location another try.
Oh, and they forgot the fries with two of our meals. And all of our drinks.

Favorite wing place in Phoenix. My favorites are Chefs Special and Spicy ATL. I actually think I like the dry rub wings better than the sauced.
