I’ve been craving ATL wings so I decided to come wish I didn’t have to come on this day. When I first walked in it was nice. The little girl approached me. I ordered a combo six piece boneless honey barbecue and when she gave me my order it was bone in all flavored so I told her this wasn’t what I ordered. She said they’ll fix it and well I’m watching them the cooks they’re staring at me and they’re talking and they’re laughing. I get my food back and they give me a six piece what I asked for, but these wings are like the bottom of the bag I told her wow these are small wings and I was being very professional. I wasn’t being rude and when I walk out I hear her tell the guy she says the wings were too small like gladly, I didn’t ask them to make me another order , but I should have since they were being smart. I am not coming to this location again. And to top it off, I had tipped her wish I could’ve take the tip back, but you know it now I know not to come to this location

This place has young people cooking who don't seem to care about the quality of food they serve. I ordered wings and fries to go. When I got home I was SO disappointed in the fries that I received. They were burnt little pieces as if they scraped up the burnt ends from the bottom of the pan .. shameful! When I called and told the manager I would be up there for a refund, he quickly let me know there are no refunds!!?? But I could get a fresh order of fries. By then we were done with our wings because we wanted to eat them before they got cold. Why would I want to drive back up there for fries when they should have been fresh to begin with!!! Initially, I was happy to see young men working in the kitchen earning an honest living BUT they NEED supervision and to understand quality!!! I'm sure they would not have served their family member or friends what they served me.. never going back.

Called in an order at 8:25 and lady told me I needed to be there to pay for the order in order for it to be made. I said okay I'm on my way, I get there at 8:35pm they close at 9pm THATS WHY I CALLED. And they were closed when I got there. Completely unprofessional. Change your sign if you close at 8:30. Or let me know your closing when I call. Never going there again.
