Food is always great! But, the customer service experience and long wait time for online orders are ridiculous. Watched people come in and place orders and receive their order right away. While we sat and kept asking what was going on. We were told 2 orders ahead. Waiting for 1 hour but decided to cancel as still 2 orders ahead. About 3 people ordered onsite and received their food. It wasn't a big order either.

Order placed at 1:46 pm and was told to pick up at 2:20pm. My order was still not ready at 2:56 pm. Requested a refund and went elsewhere.

First timers.
I had waited a bit long for service but the women I spoke to were both kind and attentive when I finally received my order. The food was quite nice. The wings were cooked just right. Fries were seasoned well. Inside it was completely dead when arriving(slow Sunday), other than another customer waiting for their order as well. There was a football game on so I was at least somewhat entertained while waiting. The place was decent looking; it looked clean.
I was stuck between 3 and 4 stars so ultimately it was the food and the customer service that made it to the 4. I would appreciate more of a welcoming feeling when entering the establishment; if your hands are busy I understand(chefs) but when no one is in the front, please just acknowledge us customers and let us know you'll be with us shortly.

Understandable it's game day, so I did an online order showed up after the hour wait it quoted online and still sitting here waiting for 20 min. Watched these two kids come in and order at the counter and got their food before me. After the unprofessional young lady wearing slippers at the front decided to yell at the resteraunt 'all big orders have a delay.' I ordered 18 wings. May be 'bigger' but those who ordered at the counter definitely had about the same amount of food if not more. And the only excuse I was given is the way the tickets rang up in the back area different and they are organizing it. I was understanding of the wait until the kids who ordered at the counter walked with their food in 20 minutes versus the hour and 27 min Ive now still been waiting for my food as I write this. Good wings shitty customer service.

Second time having I’m first time at this location chicken was bussing & the fries were everything I love the ATL style on everything best chicken on the west coast
Chill spot to hang out and talk. The food here is phenomenal and I'd recommend the chicken wrap hand tossed in mango habanaro, 10/10. They do have a wait depending on what you order, but I believe it's worth it. They also have an app that I haven't tried, but they also do pickup orders. The pic I added doesn't do it enough justice, the flavor is out of this world.

You can get a rub on your wings and you can get a sauce on your wings but apparently physically impossible to have both on your wings ??♂️? I don't get it either, but that is what I was told when I asked. The flavors were Ok. Not top ten, but better than wing works. Place was clean. Kool-aid drink was good. $17 dollars for ten wings, fries, and a drink is just not worth it. Long gone are the days of .25 cent wings.

It's a little too spicy for me, not a lot to choose from but they are a special type of restaurant. Not fancy, coke products only. The deep fried biscuits were delicious! Chairs aren't very comfortable, only sports on the 2 TVs they have. It's OK, but you may find you like it better. It's worth a try.
Tried to go into location and order foods. Girl at counter said we can't take your order because we are to busy. 3 people in restaurant. It was 820pm and they close at 9pm. Sad as I love the wings and we drove 30 minutes to get wings. So we ended up going to epic wings and they were awesome Lost a regular customer all because they didn't want to cook anymore. Hope the owner reads this and knows that the girl is turning away business.
