ATL Wings MARYVALE (DRIVETHRU)

If I could give a negative star I would. This place is horrible. Rude, never willing to help and they always close before their closing time. Was charged for an order I never received. This place should just shut down since no one wants to work.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at ATL Wings. I arrived an hour before their posted closing time, only to find the doors locked and the staff clearly unwilling to serve anyone. If you’re going to advertise your hours, at least stick to them.

On top of that, the customer service was unacceptable. When I tried to ask why they were closing early, I was met with rude and dismissive attitudes. It’s frustrating to feel like your business isn’t appreciated as a paying customer.

I won’t be coming back anytime soon. ATL Wings needs to seriously work on their professionalism and respect for customers’ time.

Thankfully, Raising Cane’s up the road was still open and didn’t disappoint. The staff there was friendly, and the service was quick. ATL Wings could learn a thing or two from them. Safe to say, I won’t be coming back to ATL Wings anytime soon.

First and last time trying this wings. Only car in the drive thru and waited about half an hour. Got my order wrong. Dried wings. Dried tenders. The only thing that was good was the Kool aid.

I ordered online and they said to pick up my order at 8:40 pm . When I arrived there at 8:30 they said they were closed. I called the number to the resoeraunt

Says it closes at 7 I pulled up at 6:30 to the drive-thru there was another car in front of us who got his order taken and then some guy came out through the back to say they’re closed then some other lady yelled at us in Spanish that it’s closed. Even though the open sign was still on in the front. Extremely inconvenient as we had to back out of the drive thru because the other car was getting their order.

First time coming here and I was impressed by the great quality of the wings.
Their homemade ranch is awesome

This place had me waiting for plain crappy wings … mind you I ordered garlic Parmesan EXTRA SAUCY! It came out dried no flavors… avoid this place! Not worth it ?

We love the food and the service here but on our visit today we saw that the cook in the kitchen grabbed the French fries with his hands without using proper utensils or gloves.

I just ordered n got my food thru Uber eats. I ordered Traditional wings ATL sauce ALL FLATS EXTRA CRISPY
What I got was lemon pepper and got both flats n drums.
Order was 15 min past the time it said they would be ready. When I called to see how much longer the girl was rude n said she didn't know when I let her know it was supposed to be here by now she had a attitude n said she get them to make em. My Uber driver said that they bagged my food with aggression . She also said as she drove up they were standing around by the back door smoking..
I've never had a issue before..but this is crazy.
I'll go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead
