I usually DoorDash from this place. But the first time I decide to go in and do a pick up order. I didn’t feel ‘All The Luv’ going in, not a welcoming vibe. It felt like a “here’s your food now get out”. They didn’t check my id or card like it said on the online ordering website. They just asked my name and another employee,that was there, asked something like “is that the 36wings?” Lady behind the counter said with an annoyed attitude “yea that’s her”. And they were mumbling stuff under their breath as my mom and I walked out.
Would’ve probably enjoyed the food a lot more than usual if the interaction with the cashiers was better. Would recommend going to another place for friendlier vibes. Was my mom’s first time trying the place because I spoke highly about how much I like their wings, and was going to do a catering for birthday on the 10th next week. Won’t be doing so now. 👎🏽

. I placed an online order for 10 wings at 8:21 pm, I arrived at the store at 8:40 found the door to be locked. And a woman came to the door and said that they were closed. I said I had an online order. She said there was a glitch in their system and she did not have the order. There were about 4 other cars that also wanted to make an order, which eventually left without getting to make an order. A gentleman came from the back and told me I could refund myself, I said how, he said just cancel your order. She said I could come back tomorrow, I said I would never come back, he said we are doing just fine without your business. He also said you are in the hood this is how it is. She called her boss and I told him what happened, he apologized and she said that she would make the order personally. She apologized and she was very polite. This was my first experience here. Hard to want to go back.

I recently visited ATL Wings after hearing about their new Mango Habanero flavor—absolutely a must-try! The flavor was outstanding and easily deserves a five-star rating. I also want to give a special shoutout to the cashier for providing excellent customer service and making the experience even better. I’ve also heard that vegan wings may be coming soon, and I’ll definitely be back to check them out. Keep it up, ATL Wings!

I Love this place so much, the food is absolutely fire, great customer service by a gentleman in his 30s by the name of “Jadakiss” 10/10 would recommend I will be back soon! I got a 10 piece traditional with chefs special sauce with a side of ATL style fries.

Ordered the traditional 12 piece combo online for pickup. Got the order back to the hotel to see I only had 11 wings. For the price I expect my whole order to be there. The 11 wing meal TASTED GREAT! Also, they included one ranch on the side, I asked for another, but they said it would cost, and I said nevermind. Boy, was I glad I did that; the ranch tasted like straight sour cream. There was NO or very little ranch seasoning mixed in. However, the wings (ATL flavor & Lemon Pepper flavor) were tasty... the ranch, the service, and the experience was mid to low..
PS: I need a 1 wing refund too.. !!

Wow! What a great meal! Stopped in with my family and everyone walked away happy. The cashier was knowledgeable about sauces and food. Both men working were polite and super friendly. He and Shay, the chef, cooked the wings perfectly(my husband is very picky on his wings). We tried chicken sandwich, bone in wings, boneless wings, cheese fries, and fried biscuits. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish.
