Rude young lady at counter. spent over $70 refused a water cup. As if they inventory the soda cups. common sense says give up a free $.05 cup. never eating there again

They close their doors earlier than their posted time of 9p on a Friday. We got there 5 minutes before they closed and they had locked the doors and waved us off. Very rude and unprofessional. We certainly wouldn’t come back.

ATL has some of our favorite wings. This location isn’t our favorite, so we might not return to this specific one. Here is why: There wasn’t much sauce on them when we ordered the mild buffalo wings from this location. They charge $1.25 for extra sauce, so I guess we’ll have to pay extra for sauced wings if we come back.
It was a bit of a pain to obtain our order, since my fiancé went in to pick them up and the man helping him out said he needed to get the last four digits of my card to confirm it was ours, even though we already confirmed with his full name we included when we checked out online. My fiancé had to get the card information from me while our wings sat there, and the man refused to give him the wings until he told him the four digits.
ATL is a wonderful company. We will just most likely be returning to a different location where we have had better service.

This is the second time in a row I've had to drive back to this place to return completely raw chicken. Both times, instead of an apology, I had to engage in a debate with the employees about whether it was cooked thoroughly. I can overlook how gross the place looks in terms of cleanliness (I'm into dives). I can also overlook the fact that it often seems like the employees don't want you to bother them by ordering food. But I can't overlook almost spending my evening in the bathroom with it coming out of both ends.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION ONLY: my fiancé and I love ATL and eat here probably once a week. Unfortunately this location is the closest one to our house but we won’t be going here anymore because every.single.time. our order gets messed up and we leave disappointed. Either they forget the French fries, or the French fries will come out so burnt it’s like we’re eating potato chips, but this last time was the absolute worst, we asked for our wings extra crispy but they came out so rubbery and slimy I had to check to make sure they weren’t raw still. We have never experienced this issue here before and we eat here enough to know that they clearly weren’t made correctly. The workers always seem like they are high on weed, mumbling with glossy eyes and they don’t know how to cook that’s for sure.

Ordered on UberEats as I’ve had wings from here before at other locations years ago and remembered that I enjoyed them. This experience of receiving food from this location however was so gross. I ordered the ATL & Lemon pepper wings and they were so wet and greasy with barely any seasoning on them. I asked for extra crispy as well and they were not. I couldn’t even eat them. Also, they don’t fill their dipping sauces more than halfway full. The blue cheese is also runny like water and disgusting. That was my last time ordering from any ATL wings.

Nina provides the best Customer service In addition to that the food was great. 🐢 the cook was on point.
Originally from ATL so we thought ATL was a nod to that city in the south not an acronym for All The Love. Whatever the reason, I’m so glad we walked through those doors and tried these wings. They are consistently great as well as the fries. The staff is very personable and friendly too.
