I ordered tenders tossed in honey habanero sauce. They were not tossed in any sauce at all. They were burned and unconsumable. and the dipping sauce was watery as hell. waste of $17

Hi I was there yesterday afternoon and have finally gotten a chance to leave my review. I ordered 24 boneless wings & they tasted like they were fried earlier in the day & just put back in the fryer upon ordering them. They were not edible as they just did not taste good outright. However the service was good and the restaurant was in a nice location. I just wish the food was better tasting & prepared. Other than that not sure next time I will try again.

I usually love ATL it's my favorite. But today I was very disappointed. I waited all week to go and get my favorite Spicy ATL wings. The website said it opened at 11am. So me and my son went first thing because we all had that craving. But....it was closed and I waited for almost a hour as it still wasn't open. I have no other issues then waiting and it not being open at the time it says.

This was so good. I ordered the wings extra crispy. They were just right. The tea and the fries were perfect.

Well, they didn't have ice for the drinks and. O ketchup. Place was a bit dirty. Wings are not that great, had better wings than here. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The food here is delicious and it's a breath of fresh air to have positive representation in downtown Phoenix. I've visited this restaurant countless times, and recommended it to family and friends even considering myself a lifetime customer however it pains me to leave this review.

Last night, my family and I ordered through Doordash at approximately 8:45pm MST (order confirmation) and told our order would arrive by 9:20pm MST. After an hour delay, multiple driver changes, and arrival times continuously being pushed back I called ATL wings to receive an update on our order and was told by the young lady answering the phones it was up next and would be ready soon. This was at approximately 9:25pm MST. Unfortunately our order was cancelled 5 minutes prior to restaurant close at 10:00pm MST.

I called the restaurant again to see if the order was prepared and if we had the option pick it up considering the response I was given earlier by the young lady answering the phones. I was rudely informed this was not an option, and she was "pretty sure we're getting refunded anyways". I pressed back and was told if I could be there within the next 5 minutes then I could pay for the order which was not a possibility considering my distance from the restaurant and time allotted. So to sum it up we received no food even after waiting over an hour, being told it would be ready, and then treated rudely by staff via telephone when inquiring about order updates.

In the future I would recommend better training staff on their response to customer complaints, accurately updating orders, and owning up to any errors on behalf of the restaurant. Had we known it wouldn't be ready in a timely fashion we could have cancelled the order and went elsewhere before other restaurants closed at 10pm.
