No customer service relations skills. Asked simple, direct, questions that were not addressed and I was addressed poorly.

Manager/owner "chef" treats his employees like second-rate people. Talks down to everyone, and if you have your own input, he will belittle them. Hires incompetent people. Would not reccomend

Great variety of delicious and creative foods, snacks, beverages. Socially/environmentally responsible utensils and plates. And wonderful customer care/service. Highly recommend!!

I have used Atlasta catering multiple times in multiple venues for our corporate events. The food (and visual display) is always amazing. Their onsite teams are extremely professional and the sales team that I work with (Kristine and Madison) respond faster than you can even send an email! I continue to be impressed with each of our interactions and would highly recommend Atlasta for all of your catering needs.

I loved everything about our wedding, but our guests cannot stop talking about the food! Atlasta was incredible.Atlasta was highly recommended to us by our venue, and I'm so glad they urged us to go in that direction. We had a private tasting with chef Steve a little over a year before the wedding, and literally everything he put in front of us was incredible. It was so hard to choose what dishes we wanted for the wedding!We decided to go with multiple passed appetizers and stations instead of a traditional sit-down dinner, and I really think that's the best way to go. Our guests got to try so many different options, and loved everything! Some of them are even trying to recreate the recipes at home now!Atlasta also really focuses on sustainability which was important to us in choosing a vendor.During the planning process, Atlasta was such a pleasure to work with! Their team replied to emails quickly and spent the time to understand the direction we wanted to go. We made some changes leading up to the wedding (including adding a dancer in a skirt holding martini glasses full of mashed potatoes and short rib!!) and the team wasn't phased.The bartenders were amazing as well! Special shoutout to Autumn who took great care of us the whole night! She brought us food and drinks when we were too busy to grab things for ourselves and was so nice to work with.All of the staff were so kind and supportive, and the food was amazing.10/10 would recommend!!

I'm a wedding planner and I can honestly say Atlasta is the best in the business!! I always recommend them to every client in need of a caterer. Their planning team is attentive and on top of communication and their event staff is kind and proactive. I can personally say the food is outstanding but all of my clients rave about it as well. 100000% worth booking for your next event!!

My now husband and I work in catering so having delicious food at our wedding was very important to us. Our coordinator recommended Atlasta if we were looking for a caterer who offers more than just your usual wedding fare, we didn't want bland chicken and rice, we wanted food that had flavor! Throughout the whole planning process we were very impressed with communication, professionalism and of course the quality of the food. Our guests raved about the food and service from our wedding day which made us very happy! The food was absolutely delicious day of and we had a designated server for us during the meal. We felt very attended to which was a real treat :)We also hired them to do the bartending services and they were very accommodating with all of our requests. We were very impressed with every interaction we had with the Atlasta team, from the incredible tasting to the to-go bags that prepared after our reception, this is a 5 star catering company that has clear passion for food and customer service. Highly recommend!!!

Atlasta catered my rehearsal dinner and wedding. If I could give Atlasta 100 stars out of 5, I would. Everything was truly incredible and far beyond what we imagined we'd have for our wedding weekend. We had so many people tell us that our rehearsal dinner and wedding had the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Those with dietary restrictions said they've never had such an easy time eating at a wedding before.Beyond that, the Atlasta team is INCREDIBLE. From the day we chose them as our caterer up until our wedding day, they were communicative, kind, and accommodating. Steve is so talented and had amazing recommendations that made our wedding dinner absolutely perfect. Not only is the presentation beautiful, the food is so flavorful and delicious. Working with Atlasta was by far the best decision we made when it came to our wedding. Our wedding wouldn't have been a great event if it weren't for all the hard work and attention to detail that Steve, Kristine, Madison, and the Atlasta team put into it. I cannot recommend them enough!

I initially asked for a buffet price for 75 adults and 25 kids. They said it would be about $10k. We were hoping to pay a little less for food so we asked how much it would be plated instead and they said $18k. The email clearly showed they didn’t want to work with us and should have said so instead of throwing out a ridiculous amount for food. This company is unprofessional. Don’t waste your time reaching out to them.

We just can't say enough about Atlasta and their amazing staff. We had the privilege of having Atlasta Catering our wedding in Sedona. From day 1 we were treated like VIP. Our tasting session was held at The Bistro University J Restaurant. We had no idea it was going to be such an event. Champaign, several wines paired perfectly with the abundance of "samples" ( over 10 full meals) plus breads and salads for us to enjoy. Steve talked us through it all while offering his suggestions after getting to know us in person. The food was AMAZING, the presentation was as if we were at a Michelin restaurant. We knew Atlasta was our choice after the appetizer round. Now of course first impression is one thing... but then we had our personal venue assistant, Hannah, assigned to us. Hannah honestly took all the stress out of coordinating every detail related to our catering and bartender needs. Hannah is the most detail oriented, friendly and efficient person we could have asked for. Hannah exceeded every expectation and stepped up when I was losing my mind with other vendors. Hannah seriously waved her wand any time I had a concern and made rainbows appear. Now we get to wedding day, GO TIME! My bride arrives on site before I do and Steve (owner) is there to greet her with excitement. I arrive an hour later and there is Steve again.. high five and excitement exuding. Full commercial kitchen transported from Phoenix, set up and ready to wow our guests in advance of anyone knowing any different. Atlasta tool all dietary restriction into account and provided each person with a meal which exceeded their dietary preference and expectations. All food prepared onsite as if it was "made to order ". Every single guest we spoke with had rave reviews to share about the food saying "this was the best food at a wedding I've ever had", "OMG where did you find this caterer", "how the hell is this the best gnocchi, chicken, shirt rib, salad, dessert....etc, I've ever had". Atlasta, Steve, Hannah and staff absolutely impressed the most discerning and picky guests. Atlasta assigned a server to us (bride and groom) who followed us around for an hour with a serving tray of our favorite appetizers and drinks while we took photos. Like a magician, the tray never went empty. She stood patiently and just waited for us, making sure we had a drink and snacks during photos like a professional yet completely transparent. AT-LAST-A catering company who takes away all the worry and elevates the bar for anyone in the industry without taking advantage of the wedding couple in any way. Atlasta exceeded every expectation for every guest and completely blew us away. Steve assured us we would be treated as VIP and so would our guests.... ATLASTA DELIVERED AND THEN SOME!
