For the cost of these things, they should never give cups of cold pretzels and cold cheese. Spent $25 last night. Disappointing
Every time I come her3 they are always out of regular pretzels.... she always saying they cooking about 6-8 mins... never fails always that way when I come ...I have been here 3 diff times and always the same ...

Located in Anthem in the Outlets but every time I'm in the area, I have to stop and get my Almond Pretzel. So warm and fresh and worth the stop.

Honestly stood for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged, no other customer around, finally just walked away, employee was cleaning counters and equipment with back to register.

Very good pretzels and the cheese sauce is so good with the pretzels
Place is supposed to be open at 10 but had nothing ready. Was very inconvenient since I was on my 30 minute lunch break. Smh should get there earlier to prep and have food ready by 10.

I specifically drove over to get a pretzel and there were none made. Come on people, get with it. No wonder the Anthem Outlet is going under. This is the third or fourth time I have been there and there are no pretzels made.
I absolutely love all the pretzels here! They're always soft and warm and I'm never disappointed. The dipping sauces are a bit more expensive nowadays, and they're never warm anymore, but overall I'm never disappointed when I come here.

I usually love Wetzel’s but haven’t had Auntie Anne’s in a while.Ordered online for togo. Got the cinnamon bites. They were definitely coated! Grabbed one and it felt like I was digging thru sand lol. They made them fresh when we got there. It was delicious then I thought. Would try the pretzel ones next time.
It took about 10 minutes just to order when there was only one person in front of me, who only ordered 1 pretzel and a drink. They were ignoring this girl for 5 minutes. Then it took another 5 minutes just to get these 2 things.I wanted an original pretzel but the unfriendly, slow girl at the counter said it would be 5 more minutes and recommended the pretzel bites that were sitting under a heat lamp. To no surprise, they were stale.Never again.I will go out of my way to Wetzel Pretzel next time or not get anything at all.
Great pretzels!
for the craving
