I’ve been hearing so much about chimney cakes — those sweet, cylindrical pastries of European origin — and finally decided to give in to the hype on a Sunday evening. We were looking to satisfy our sweet tooth, and AZ Chimney Cakes delivered! Tucked right next to Cinemark, this cozy little spot is only open from Friday to Sunday. The first thing that struck me (and made me smile) was that the entire place is run by women — love seeing that kind of girl power in action! There was a good crowd when we arrived, but we were warmly welcomed and invited. I went with the Biscoff Chimney Cake and a White Chocolate Mocha. Heads up: everything is made fresh to order, so there’s a bit of a wait — but trust me, it’s worth it. When our order arrived, the cake looked absolutely dreamy. It came with a soft serve swirl on top, and the chimney cake itself was crispy on the outside with a soft, fluffy interior. The caramelized sugar coating gave it that perfect sweet crunch. It was decadent without being too heavy — exactly what I hoped for! The coffee? Strong and smooth — just the way I like it. All in all, we had a fantastic experience. Great vibes, delicious treats, and lovely people.

We finally tried AZ Chimney Cakes and wow — totally worth it! The wait time was on the longer side, but honestly, it was so worth it because everything came out incredibly fresh. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
I brought my husband with me, and we both agreed we’d absolutely come back again. The customer service alone sold us, but the chimney cakes themselves were amazing! He ordered the apple a la mode ice cream with a cinnamon sugar cone, and I got the blueberry cheesecake cream in a biscoff crumble cone. Both cones were cooked to perfection — soft on the inside, perfectly coated on the outside, and just delicious. They do get a little messy, so definitely grab some extra napkins!
We also tried the Lucky Charm coffee, which was so good and paired perfectly with the desserts. If I went back tomorrow, I’d order the exact same things again. Highly recommend checking this place out — you won’t regret it!

My brother is a yelpie, and he made it thru to this event and I accompanied him. My brother just got his braces put on or adjusted, and he couldn't bite on harder stuff.
Lucky me, I ended up eating mostly. My brother is a yeppie and he was invited to the yelp event in which I accompanied. My brother ended up picking a chimney cone and a cold caramel macchiato.
So how do I best explain a chimney cone? It's not a cone, but almost a tumbler, that looks like a crispy churro (the one we got) with vanilla ice cream and a lite cinnamon sprinkle.
They have savory options as well. The service was fast and friendly. Ambience is acceptable, a small upgrade could do wonders
They have multiple locations. The menu on the website was taking forever to open

Yummy! I've never had a chimney cake before and thought it was delicious- it was nice and crispy and paired nicely with the ice cream. It was a little tricky to eat but the flavors were divine. I got the apple pie a La mode. The employees were super nice and you could tell they really care about making their product delicious!
My first chimney cake!!!! Omg it was phenomenal... all my favorites in one dessert... Biscoff cookie butter, vanilla ice cream wrapped in a warm cinnamon sugar hug..... definitely a must try. Loved it!!!

I’ve been wanting to try this place since I found out about it and it definitely was worth a visit. I’ve had ice cream filled chimney cake in Prague, so I was pleased with how good theirs was here. They cook the chimney cakes fresh, so they’re warm when you get your treat. It’s worth the wait! Mine was perfectly cooked and very tasty. This is a family run and owned business who deserve our support.
