Way overpriced for the quality. Medium hot coffee over $5, it was pretty mid. Frittata, $10, tasted like rubber eggs. Pretty obvious it's pre-made food that they just reheat.

Great coffee and small meals, snacks, and more casual restaurant within the Hyatt Regency Hotel Phoenix. The staff was friendly and they had a made to order omelette station, fresh pastries and sandwiches, salads, beverages, yogurt, ice cream, and other grab and go items. They also handled the in-house room service (pick up or deliver to your room).

It's a big place. Comfortable and inviting to come in from the cold- but dang- their food is overpriced as hell for what it is! My husband and I each ordered different burgers. Options were incredibly limited, but I can't even remember which one's they were because they were just unremarkable- borderline flavorless! While we were eating, I told my husband "this makes me miss Red Robin- and they at least have gluten-free options". If it hadn't been so late at night and we weren't so cold and desperate to eat SOMETHING, we probably would have gone somewhere else...Once we finally got to bed, I had horrible acid reflux all night and I haven't been able to leave the bathroom all day! My husband has been experiencing the same. What a way to spend the last day of our weekend! ...O well. Won't be goin' back.

Overpriced items. Chips are $4.34, sandwiches are $10 (poor quality and taste). Soaked chia seats only filled 1/3 of a cup. Service is fine. Setting was clean and polished though.

We were staying at the hotel and grabbed some gelato here one night. The "mint" gelato had full mint leaves in it. The mint "leaf" is not the appealing flavor of mint. It tasted like grass or plants. The cookie flavor was average at best. We also got coffee here in the morning. $4.50 for a small basic coffee. $6.00 for my wife's iced mocha which was basically a cup of chocolate syrup. There are actual quality coffee shops on the same block (Cartel Coffee) charging less for much better drinks.Place has potential with a good location and nice set up, but you need to fix your coffee prices, fix your coffee quality, and fix your ice cream/Gelato flavors. I'd keep going, if you're staying at the hotel or passing by.

Great hotel market! Much larger than any otherI have seen, with so many snack, and drink options and quick old or hot options for a quick breakfast, lunch, or supper. They set up an omelet station..on weekday mornings! They even have some affordable gifts/souvenirs. Check out the honey and honey straws!

Atmoshere casual class. Food tried: mac & cheese was great. Hamburger perfectly cooked to medium. Brussel sprouts with just the right amount of char.
