Crap Food & Zero Service. I'm pretty sure they switched owners not all that long ago. If you're lucky enough for them to get your order right you'll find average food. This place has gone down hill in the past two years. Haven't had a good sandwich from here and a very long time.

Arizona DOES NOT HAVE good Asian eateries, but this one is a good one. The sandwiches are nearly as good as the one in Saigon and the rice bowls are identical. The prices are reasonable, the way they should be for a Vietnamese eatery.

I've tried a lot of Banh Mi's around the valley and nothing has ever compared to this place. I always go here when I'm in this area.They have the biggest sandwiches out of all I've tried, generous portions, they don't skimp on protein and the crispy soft bread is the best. Not too chewy, where you gotta struggle to rip it off, it's just right. The milk teas and the coconut smoothie is also amazing. They're very nice in there, quick to make the food and always pleasant clean atmosphere. Keep up the good work guys.

The portions are huge, and so delicious! I loved my banh mi with tofu. The tofu was so well cooked and the veggies were so fresh. The Vietnamese iced coffee was also really good. Very clean inside and staff is friendly! It was so busy when I went so you know it’s good!

We got the banh mi sandwiches and these are big compared to what we are used to! The spring rolls were so good and the pork belly bao buns were small but had alot of flavor. We got here at 215 and at 255 they sold out of sandwiches. Best please I've tried! Everything was so good

Best Bánh Mì I have found in all of the Phoenix metro area. Nice selection of sandwiches with great quality ingredients, especially the bread! Perfectly soft and crunchy at the same time, exactly how a baguette should be :) The drinks are also super good too. Bonus points because everything is very reasonably priced.
