Wow much better than I expected. There's parking at Cityscape garage - and there's accessible spots, and you can take the elevator up. The coffee spot will be right after you pass by the CVS.
There's shaded seating outdoors under their umbrella tables, or also plenty of seating indoors. The area was kept clean. I love their surf theme, with the surfboard and colors. Love the assortment of pastries too. It was kind of busy there when I got in, but it wasn't too bad of a wait- all under 10 minutes from coming in to getting my drink.
The coffee was just the right amount of warm- not too hot and not too cold, and it was not overly sweet which was nice. Nice and creamy and enough to wake me up.
Customer service can be a million times better. Decent coffee but overpriced with no bathroom available.

Walked all the way down there, hoping to enjoy a hot coffee at a new coffee shop downtown and because I donāt like milk only water I order Americano instead of lattes, but instead of just substituting the milk for water she had to charge me extra for each individual syrup that comes in the drink that I ordered, which wouldāve brought the total a little bit more expensive. Iām thinking to myself. Why should I pay more for a drink and Iām not even getting the milk in it? Very disappointed the barista was not accommodating. Seemed to care less about the fact that I just wanted coffee and water with a little bit of syrup in it highly do not recommend they do not aim to please their guests so now weāre just gonna go stick with a regular Starbucks because they never disappoint. Thank you very much bad ass coffee for making a bad ass decision will never recommend.

Horrible attitude, 5 of us walked in from a long bike ride to get some coffee, I walked in and went straight for the restroom, Malory at the register yelled across and said I had to purchase something first. There were 5 of us walking in to get coffee. We walked out and did the same thing at the Yard, the welcome there was much friendlier. Don't recommend if you need to pee first. š

Typical downtown coffee spot that has a lot of traffic. It's not a neighborhood type place, but it is perfect for downtown business workers and those staying at one of the many hotels nearby. I took home a bag of beans (dark roast), and they were very tasty.

The baristas are so rude and donāt care about talking bad about a customer in front of them. Maybe if they would stop gossiping they would have made my drink right the first time.

I, myself, am not a big coffee drinker. I am always looking for something very good to drink, in mid October, when the weather is still very hot. One day I stepped into Bad Ass coffee and was greeted by just such great people. I did not understand why they were greeting with Aloha until they explain the origin of Bad Ass coffee. I told them that I didnāt even like coffee. I didnāt know what to get. They told me about the many different amazing options and so far my favorite here is the coconut lemonade. When I come back tomorrow, Iām definitely gonna have to try that mana drink. It seems so refreshing and the girls appear very enthusiastic when talking about it. A big special thank you to Kat for taking the time and making me feel welcome in an unfamiliar place. Iām hoping to see her the next time I go in. :)
