first of all this is the best burger in town and it’s the only burger i go out of my way to get! the staff is so so kind and sweet especially carly! she hooked it up with a coupon & free ice cream when there was mix up with my order (which wasn’t even a big deal)! but the way they were all so amazing was lovely!!

The front counter person had that extremely annoying Kardashian-style affectation that rattles millennials like me to the bone. The kind that makes you think, “You could be replaced by a touchscreen, and I could order this myself without the attitude.” I left the standard “you don’t deserve it, but you work in the industry” tip and moved on.
That said, this place is clearly doing something right. They’ve got the patrons, the popularity, and genuinely delicious cheese-smashed burgers. The burgers are done properly—crispy on the outside, soft and juicy in the middle. Exactly what a smash burger should be, with the mustard !
The waffle fries, however, taste like straight-up over seasoned Sysco brand. Nothing offensive, just forgettable to anyone that notices the right effort in the burgers, but little effort in the fries.
Honestly, the cooks and the front counter should be getting the tips here—but if you’re serving over-seasoned Sysco waffle fries, something’s off. Ditch the premade fries, go fresh-cut, and put the focus (and the tips) where the skill actually is: the back of house. The burgers are carrying this place, not the counter staff.
And if you’re trying to stand out against burger joints like In-N-Out Burger, that matters. They win on customer service and they’re hand-cutting their fries.

While this place was good, didn't live up to the hype. Cool interior with a bar, so that's different than most hamburger shops. Fries ate waffle fries and they were good but not great. Smash style Cheeseburger was also good but not the best I've had, meat was so smashed and cooked that it was hard and dry. That being said it was still delicious, great bun. Also had a root beer float, they don't have root beer on tap so the bartender homemade it, was actually pretty good but not classic. Will give another try next time I'm in the area.

I’m an AZ native and I’m upset I just now found this spot. Food is so so good, came out pipin hot. Frys seasoned so well they don’t need ketchup. Vibes in there are immaculate AND you can grab a drink at this spot?? 10/10
