first of all this is the best burger in town and it’s the only burger i go out of my way to get! the staff is so so kind and sweet especially carly! she hooked it up with a coupon & free ice cream when there was mix up with my order (which wasn’t even a big deal)! but the way they were all so amazing was lovely!!
The burgers, fries, and wings were so good that our group couldn't stop raving about how much we enjoyed it. We were recommending Bad Jimmy's to the other groups in our conference.
The front counter person had that extremely annoying Kardashian-style affectation that rattles millennials like me to the bone. The kind that makes you think, “You could be replaced by a touchscreen, and I could order this myself without the attitude.” I left the standard “you don’t deserve it, but you work in the industry” tip and moved on.
