First, I'll say the bagels here are absolutely delicious, probably some of the best in the city.
Now here are the problems with this place. Countless times have I driven here just for there to be a sold out sign in front because they dont give that info on their website, or they dont answer a phone. The bagels are good so I understand they might sell out but the fact they only give that info with a physical store front sign is extremely annoying and inconvenient, especially considering theres usually a 50/50 chance theyre sold out early every day.
Finally the nail in the coffin for me was when I walked in on a Saturday morning and was told they cant prepare single bagels w cream cheese on the weekends anymore because theyre too busy while I was literally the only customer in the place.
the bagels are great but this place has become too much of a hassle to deal with. I wont be going back anymore.

If you're going, be prepared to wait, and to change your order based on what's left, because this place is packed. Thing is the bagels are definitely worth it.

Bagels are to die for no joke so so good. I got the jalapeno cheddar cheddar bagel with the pepper and garlic spread 😋 first time trying 10/10 service was 10/10 . Atmosphere is so nice ! They have a huge coloring page and markers for everyone to color the page also some awesome little stickers!

I've heard about them on TV and just happened to see their parking sign while fighting Rush hour traffic.

Came here at 9:00 AM expecting fresh bagels, only to be told they were already out of bagels. At that hour, that’s pretty disappointing for a place that specializes in bagels. What’s more frustrating is that after reading other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue, not a one-off situation. If you’re known for bagels, having none available early in the morning really defeats the purpose. Hopefully this is something management can address, because it’s hard to recommend a bagel shop that regularly runs out of its main product.
What an amazing little hole in the wall spot! As someone who often enjoys bagels, the huge chewy everything bagel with cream cheese I got here was perhaps the best I’ve ever tasted. Not only was it fresh but it had the perfect balance of soft interior and chewy exterior. I’d heard there again tomorrow and grab a bag full to take on the plane home but alas, they are closed on Mondays.
How it works: it’s a tiny spot in a weird out of the way old warehouse. Look for the sign on the Main Street, turn down the side street and park then follow the steady stream of patrons. Enter on the door to the right, place your order, pay and wait outside for your number to be called. It wasn’t too busy when we got there around 8 on Sunday morning so it wasn’t too busy only like 5 minutes to get the food.
There’s a small cooler with a few bottled drinks and they also were selling cookies on the counter (yummy) but it’s just about the bagels. It looked like there was maybe 10 or so varieties but as they sell out the woman staffing the counter had to get up on a small ladder to put black tape over the varieties. There are also 8 types of cream cheese. My wife enjoyed the sesame bagel with lemon herb cream cheese.
Wish we were in town longer… I wonder if they do mail order…

its a small store front for purchasing. It's meant for b2b. Great bagels regardless. I often atop after dropping kids off at school. Quick order and pickup

Bagels are good. Cream cheese options are great. The hours suck (people get brunch past noon on weekends believe it or not) and they refuse to cut your bagels on weekends. Insane business practices from a place I would go to basically every weekend if they cared more.

This is the best bagel shop outside of New York i have ever been to. I'm from Long Island, trust me, I promise you, this place knows what they're doing. A++

If you want to fail a drug test due to poppy seeds, then look no further! This place has everything (bagels). Best poppy seed bagel I’ve had in a long time.

I’d rather support a company that speaks respectfully to its customers; their arrogance over a mediocre product is befuddling.
holy cream cheese! that whipped cream cheese ( i had the honey ) is the bomb and they load you up on a bagel, good fresh bagels, cool little spot.
