Read some mixed reviews before giving this place a try. Customer service being a concern with those reviewing negatively. Our mid Sunday morning visit to this humble, no frills establishment was unassuming but pleasant. Woman attendant was polite, and very patient with the customer prior to us who changed her mind several times, asked numerous questions and slowed service for all others waiting their turn with this lone staff member.Our service was no different. As we too had many questions about the appealing offerings and bread options.The woman was helpful, informative and cordial as we purchased a large number of individual items to sample this bakery's variety of goodies. We were in the camp of those who gave this bakery strong reviews in service and quality of products. We will be returning very soon and hope to be a long time customer.

Very bad service, I called a day before to order a king's bagel and when I arrived to pick it up, the girl at the counter treated me poorly and said the bagel is not ready, it will be ready in one more hour when I already had an hour to pick it upGo from Mesa to Glendao, for nothing, very bad service, I will not return there again.

The bread is good but the service is terrible and the price is different. Yesterday I went and they gave me the small shells for .55 cents and yesterday when I went the lady gave them to me for .65 cents. I want to know how much they really cost and how they open at 8 :00am in the morning and the person who opens opened at 9:20 am so what is the correct time and there are never conchitas in the morning I have to wait for me until the baker arrives and the afa until 10:00 in the morning Tomorrow, oh shells, I have never known that they have the bread ready until 10:00 in the morning, one is supposed to work early and when they open at 9 in the morning, they don't even have shells ????

The bread is very good but I think the customer service lacks a little kindness and each boy has never had bolillos especially on Sundays until after 10 am well that's what they told me

Muy buen pan, pero no te ponen atención por estar hablando por teléfono. No prestan el baño aunque sea emergencia, mi niña se estaba asiendo del baño y dijieron que no lo podía usar. Good bread, Poor customer service. They won't allow no one to use the restroom not even if is an emergency. My daughter was peeing badly and they still said no. Thumbs down.

I was looking for a tres leches cake, I drove 39 min away to go to this place since it had good reviews I got there purchased a tees leches cake for my sons birthday looks delicious but tastes so bad the cake bread is so dry and the tastes like burnt and it was the cake bread that it was over cooked. Payed 28 dollars for this whole cake and I'm definitely not going back. I'm sorry but don't recommend this place.
Ordered at cake for my sons bday. Absolutely delicious!! Picked up some bread while there and same thing. Great taste and great prices.

We love the palmiers, the jam filled flaky pastries, croissants, and my toddler loves the cookies with a jam smile face on them. Want to try one of their tres leches cakes!

Been a customer since they opened this location and today was sadly the last day for us. We had done all of our cakes here in the past for all occasions. Big orders for quinceañeras too. The owner decided to be rude in a order that was placed that the color was changed without permission. As we all know a simple color can a make a difference for a birthday. Instead of admitting the mistake she decided to be awfully rude and handle the situation poorly. Just because you have been open for a long time does not mean you get to forget about customer service.
