We ordered a 10” Carrot Cake for an 80th Birthday Celebration and it was incredible! Barbs Bakery did an amazing job! The Carrot Cake was moist, flavorful decorated beautifully. Thank you Barbs Bakery for an incredibly well made Cake. There still are bakers that know their craft.

DO NOT COUNT ON THEM FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS I ordered a cake online for a milestone birthday. When I called per their instructions to confirm the order I was told they never got the order and they would br closed for Thanksgiving on Saturday, the day I needed the cake. Nowhere on their website did they say they would be closed Saturday. If I got there within the hour I could pick ip something even though the cake would be 3 days old by the time of the birthday celebration. I have ordered from Barb!s for years but never again.

I ordered a dozen cupcakes, 6 german chocolate and 6 lemon ras, and they were beautifully made! However, they were more on the dry side than moist. I was hoping to have an experience as described in most of the reviews, but unfortunately didn't. The icing had a bitter aftertaste as if too much dye. This was not worth my time, money or driving sadly.

Barb’s saved the day. They created a beautiful 70s vintage inspired cake for my parents 50th wedding anniversary party. Unfortunately the cake fell in the car. We brought it back and they fixed it all up good as new. Thank you sooo much!! The cake was delicious!

I purchased some cupcakes for my daughter for her 16th birthday yesterday. The lady at the counter didn't seem jolly. The store was nice and clean. The frosting on the pink champagne cupcake tasted just like food dye. My daughter had the German chocolate cake and said it tasted just like store bought. I was really disappointed. We haven't tried the other two as we lost interest. My 14 year old however did like the macaroons.

Holy cow had donuts from a lot of places this one is one of the best i had in az next time im getting
Came in 15 minutes before closing with a custom cake order I needed the following morning.I ordered a pink champagne cake with custom art on top that I designed and emailed over for them(Only a $15 charge to add graohic prints)Cake was ready on time and exceeded presentation expectations. Parts of ends of cake a tiny bit dry but the entire center was amazingly moist and delicious.I will definitely be returning. I have been frequenting for their cupcakes as well the price point is extremely fair.

I would very much like to say that Barbs Bakery is absolutely hands down the BEST BAKERY ever! Barbs has been around what seems like forever lol. The phone company alone has been getting their cakes from barbs for at least 40+ yrs. My 64th Birthday is on NEW YEARS EVE, so I thot I would order myself a lil somthing, #1 cuz tomorrow is NOT promised, & #2 I have to keep up my girlish figure! LMAO, however, to my dismay, when I Called the bakery, they had said they were closed until the 1st of the year... OMG! 1ST thot, MY LIFE IS OVER! .. LOL but I get it & have had lots of Bdays without a cake (even if it is NEW YEARS EVE) I'm pretty sure I will get over it & David & I will wk it out...right David lol Happiest of New Year Barbs bakery & staff, disappointed? YES, will i be back after the 1st?... MOST DEFINATELY! Thanks guys & you too David lol looking forward to seein you, thanks again, karen HNY!
