Barrel and Bushel at the downtown Hyatt Regency offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere with the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor seating. Great Place to watch College Football! Especially when Our Aggie Football Team pulls out the win! The vibe is relaxed yet lively—great for unwinding or enjoying a time out.
Our bartender, Tyler, was outstanding. He was helpful, professional, personable, and genuinely engaging. His conversation and demeanor made us feel like we were leaving a friend behind. That level of people skills and hospitality is truly above and beyond.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Adam, and it was clear that both he and Tyler take pride in their work and enjoy what they do. Their positivity and professionalism made our experience exceptional.
Highly recommend Barrel and Bushel!

Ordered a salad, chicken sandwich, and cavatappi pasta. Approximately 25 minutes later I observed persons around me all eating the dinner they ordered after I did. In fact the couple next to my table had nearly finished eating. I questioned the waiter and he advised that the kitchen was waiting on cole slaw. What? Quite the let down.

When I got in late last night, I had dinner and Jacqueline was on a waitress. She did a fantastic job and had an incredible knowledge of tequila.

Abriauna gave us great service. I enjoyed the mango salmon with mac & chz, and asparagus. Also, loved the wing appetizer.
Great place to relax and have some great food. We had the turkey club and the smoked Mac and cheese. The turkey club was truly amazing! Everything on it was fresh and it did not disappoint. There were pickles in the side and I could not get enough of them. The smoked Mac and cheese was very good. It does have a little spice to it but nothing to over powering. While sitting there eating, I heard others order the turkey club and could hear them raving about it as well. A few other people I seen ordered the pork belly and it looked and smelled so good! This restaurant had a good vibe and was a nice place to hang out. The manager that helped us, I think his name was Adam, did an outstanding job. Definitely will go back before we leave.

When it's obvious that the management doesn't want to serve you....
Shout out to the manager here! He just ignored us, set up tables and stuff and kept looking at us. 15 mins later the server got us water. In comes another person.... Sits down and in seconds manager is on the job... Waters menus etc etc etc. In fact expo and tree rest of the staff just kept walking past us... Not even busy. Be in the right crowd for any attention or hospitality. Let's just say.... He's responsible for the tip, and ratings! Way to go!
