I called in a pickup order for our whole team and honestly didn’t realize we were ordering from a higher-end restaurant. the menu didn’t list any prices. When we went to pick up the order and saw the bill, we were a bit caught off guard. That’s when manager Adam stepped in, and he was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to talk with us, made sure we felt valued, and handled the situation with real professionalism and care. By the end, we couldn’t have been happier with the great service, the food was delicious. Adam is the kind of manager who genuinely makes a difference!

Stopped in for a few drinks with the wifey and the bartenders where quick to acknowledge you, take your request and get a drink in your hand... the way it should be. The drink were also very solid no skimping on the cocktails.

Service was quick, they checked back multiple times (but not to much), kept a close eye when people were walking by on the sidewalk, had the basketball games going on the televisions and was a very relaxed environment. We would go back if the prices were a little more family friendly but it's definitely good food, good service and wildly convenient when staying at the Hyatt.

We were in town for a tournament and this place was super convenient to reach from the convention center. Enjoyed the citrus salad and the bar staff were friendly and quick with service! Great experience.

Friendly service inside the Hyatt. Great street corn. Sandwiches are just OK but pricey though they come with a substantial side. Some things you'd expect are only across the hall at a grab and go counter (like coffee!)

nice place to sit and chat with good food too. I got the chorizo burger and it was a satisfying big meal.

We stopped in for lunch. We split a turkey Cobb sandwich with sweet potato fries. It was just right for 2 gals. Service fine. I recommend

Waited for everything, menus, drinks and food. 2.5 hrs still no entrees so we just had to leave after speaking to the manager multiple times. Worst dining experience ever.

Barrel and Bushel at the downtown Hyatt Regency offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere with the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor seating. Great Place to watch College Football! Especially when Our Aggie Football Team pulls out the win! The vibe is relaxed yet lively—great for unwinding or enjoying a time out.

Our bartender, Tyler, was outstanding. He was helpful, professional, personable, and genuinely engaging. His conversation and demeanor made us feel like we were leaving a friend behind. That level of people skills and hospitality is truly above and beyond.

We also had the pleasure of meeting Adam, and it was clear that both he and Tyler take pride in their work and enjoy what they do. Their positivity and professionalism made our experience exceptional.

Highly recommend Barrel and Bushel!

Ordered a salad, chicken sandwich, and cavatappi pasta. Approximately 25 minutes later I observed persons around me all eating the dinner they ordered after I did. In fact the couple next to my table had nearly finished eating. I questioned the waiter and he advised that the kitchen was waiting on cole slaw. What? Quite the let down.
