I called in a pickup order for our whole team and honestly didn’t realize we were ordering from a higher-end restaurant. the menu didn’t list any prices. When we went to pick up the order and saw the bill, we were a bit caught off guard. That’s when manager Adam stepped in, and he was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to talk with us, made sure we felt valued, and handled the situation with real professionalism and care. By the end, we couldn’t have been happier...
Stopped in for a few drinks with the wifey and the bartenders where quick to acknowledge you, take your request and get a drink in your hand... the way it should be. The drink were also very solid no skimping on the cocktails.
Service was quick, they checked back multiple times (but not to much), kept a close eye when people were walking by on the sidewalk, had the basketball games going on the televisions and was a very relaxed environment. We would go back if the prices were a little more family friendly but it's definitely good food, good service and wildly convenient when staying at the Hyatt.
