I called in and ordered the 2 large 1 topping for $21.99. When I got there they wanted 29.99. I showed them the price listed on their website and they did not want to honor their own listed price. This is even after their employees on staff touched my phone and navigated their website and confirmed this was showing up as 21.99 before tax. Their lead was part of this and still didn’t help. I walked away on principle as they said it could be the price from another location but their price was 26.99 before tax. Very disappointing service.

How do you let your employees sit and talk trash about one another? Older lady was talking shit about a younger girl when the younger girl never spoke a word to her. Management needs to do something because the last thing I want to hear is gossip about a worker who did nothing wrong

Great customer service & excellent food. I am so appreciative of the worker who took my order ( Jaimie ). She assisted me will a cup so I could get some soda because my blood sugar was dropping. She helped prevent a serious complication. This place was great! Great customer service, nice atmosphere, delicious pizza! Thank you Barro pizza!

Management needs to figure out something because for a manger or employee to talk to their employees or coworkers they way she does is just uncalled for. very rude could hear her being loud from the back while in the dining room I believe her name was Jaime overall not a good experience probably won’t be brining my kids back

When she answer the phone I didn't know if I was calling Esmerrelda's personal house or actual barrows Pizza, .. when she answered the phone with Bueno. I spoke with the manager, jamie. She wasnt much help And she kept repeating herself, like she said, like she said, well, it doesn't mean anything.If they're very rude and unprofessional bunch of kids running that busy shop. Heading to the other Barrows location.
It shows how bad a franchise can be with bad training and management.. but that's the area ...
