We are really frustrated with this location, and the cashier Jasmine is rude, unprofessional, and loves to give attitude to people. She is very sarcastic with her responses, and the manager didn't seem to care either. So, I'm not surprised this location has disrespectful employees who seem to be tolerant of people like Jasmine's behavior. We were told our order would be delivered within 45 min to an hour, it was WAY past that. After we asked where our order was, she told us our order was sitting there and there wouldn't be another driver for a while why weren't we told this? Cancelled our order and won't ever be back. Barro's has gone SOOO downhill. The quality of service is trash, prices have gone up significantly, and for the amount they are charging you would think they would actually hire people to provide decent customer service.

I can’t believe i had to kill a bug on my table and i look away and a fly landed on my pizza like fam whattt and then i got up to throw away the pizza that the fly landed on then i walk back to my table and guess what i see another fly on my straw 😐

First time trying barro’s pizza in our life…35th and Bethany home ..but never got our pizza 🍕 we arrived and ordered food at time was at 9:29 pm .seen them turning off TVs cleaning up and customers leaving. Around 10:05 Maybe we thought food is made by scratch that’s why it’s talking long we dined in.at the end we were given the notice that if we wanted food boxes to go. I told her that we were still waiting for our extra large pizza. Same girl at the cashier took our order was same girl serving and cleanig store she had gave us Only the wings right away from waiting 15 min she knew we had ordered a pizza not just wings.. Money was returned to card we were there till 10:22 pm we waited 52 minutes..it was a bummer. Really wanted to try out the pizza.couldn’t get it to go either because they already had cleaned the ovens and kitchen had to go to dominos that was near by …wife and my 2 kids wanted pizza☹️☹️☹️

Get your pizza somewhere else!! Horrible! Knew there was a reason why I stick w the regular pizza places!! Spent $40 & what a waste! 1. Wait time for delivery was 45 minutes, took an hour and a half. Barely warm. Had to call 2x, got different lies both times. 2. Bread sticks are expensive & just pizza dough w some cheese. Marinara was lumpy & gross. 3. Pizza did not have double cheese, as ordered, no sauce. & pepperoni was only on half. Will never do again!!

My family and I dine in every weekend. Always fantastic service. Today was the complete opposite. I wanted to add garlic bread to my side of meatballs. This was pick up this Sunday. They were so upset that I added something else. Completely skipped over me. Finally I said so can I add that bread. Its just bread. My ticket must be at the end of a long list. My pick order is cold now and im still waiting on bread. I've never seen treatment to guest at any barros location.
My company ordered two pizzas from this location which I picked up. From my previous experiences with this chain, I was hesitant about the quality. This particular location actually had really good food.
The service was great and I was pleased to see how clean and nice the atmosphere inside was.
This Barro's definitely outshines the west valley locations that I have previously been to or ordered from.

Crappy customer service and food. I ordered a small pizza and cheesy garlic bread from them through door dash and I called in and asked if they could put extra sauce on the pizza and when I got it they barley put sauce on the pizza and when I called to complain the girl said they seen the cook put two scoops of sauce on the pizza she offered to have me talk to the manager but he wuz busy and told her to tell me to call doordash and she said next time I need to call and ask for more sauce. Stupid people shitty food.
