I had a great experience at this pizza spot, and I want to shout out the young lady (Ana) who helped me. From the jump, she had that true southern hospitality — warm, welcoming, and patient. She took her time walking me through the menu and helping me understand exactly what kind of pizza I was getting. Her energy and vibe were on point, and you could tell she really cared about making sure I left happy. Definitely made the experience better. Service like that makes a difference — give her a raise

Placed my order through Doordash, unsure what the issue was on Barros end... Waited for over 40 minutes for my doordasher to arrive. I finally got a call from my driver, he explained that there was some sort of technical issue at the restaurant. I then called the restaurant to speak to the Manager & spoke to the GM. The GM handled my situation poorly and was extremely condescending. He needs to go suck lemons and kick rocks. With all this being said, they lost my loyalty. I will never order from this Company again. 😘😘😘

They handed my order off to doordash without asking. It deleted all delivery instructions and they handed me someone else's food then had to come back asking for it.
I order from places that employ their drivers. I'm done with having Barros delivered. If you want cold food that's been handed to someone else first, definitely have Barros deliver. Otherwise avoid.

BEST GARLIC BREAD I'VE EVER HAD. I ordered my food on doordash and it took a while to be delivered but after tasting the wings and bread it was absolutely worth it. The food was made fresh and it arrived cooked perfectly. Will definitely have to check this place out in dining!

Unfortunately, this time the pizza did not meet the usual standards I’ve come to expect. The taste and texture were noticeably different and not as good as usual. I hope this feedback helps in maintaining the quality that loyal customers like me appreciate.

Well I must complain because my salad sometimes is nice and well served and others it's barely half way in the container. Besides that, the pizza is good, but I am into the salads so that's where it wasn't as good.
