I am a regular online customer and have always enjoyed your pizzas. However, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent order placed on Nov 30 2024
Unfortunately, this time the pizza did not meet the usual standards I’ve come to expect. The taste and texture were noticeably different and not as good as usual. I hope this feedback helps in maintaining the quality that loyal customers like me appreciate.

Well I must complain because my salad sometimes is nice and well served and others it's barely half way in the container. Besides that, the pizza is good, but I am into the salads so that's where it wasn't as good.

Barros has become one of our favorite stops when we catch an early movie at AMC downtown or go down the street to the Phoenix art museum on Wednesday pay what you will day. The pizza is always delicious they have no problems with doing half and half for our vegans and our meat lovers. The staff is always polite and courteous. We love this place.
Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair friendly it could use another ramp closer to the door. Inside is fairy maneuverable for a wheelchair or a scooter.

I ordered delivery on Saturday night and I accidentally made a mistake in my order. We called the store immediately and Tyler answered the phone happily. He was very helpful. The food arrived correct, and was very good. The wings and pizza were still hot when they arrived.

I am a very big fan of grandma Barros pizza and consider it to be the best but my last 2 visits it was not fresh it was hour or more old for but I understand it right after lunch. I have never had a problem buying a whole Pie🤤 I just can't eat a whole Pie alone. Best pizza in Arizona.

It's our go to spot for pizza and wings. Thankfully they can accommodate my big family and they have a play center for my grandchildren. No matter what location they are all awesome. We will definitely be back.

I usually get DoorDash and it’s so fast and really well priced. The other day I went in and it took less than 15 minutes to make my cheesy bread pizza. That I got with two slices of pizza for $13.

Don't get your wings here. Had a small issue that became huge problem Had the manager been given some people skills. I'm sure this entire situation could have been avoided. I ordered pizza and wings I got all flat wings. The next morning I called to raise awareness and the manager said. Tough luck.
