My favorite Pizza here in Arizona. It is really good, the service is always top notch. I'm not a fan of their cheesy bread, but everything else is good.

Barros is by far my favorite takeout pizza, but for some reason this location keeps messing up my order. The last 5 out of 6 orders I’ve had have been wrong. I’ve called to correct them 2 of the 5 times but I shouldn’t have to especially after waiting an hour.

First I’ve lived in ahwatukee since ray & 48th were stop signs. Barros was always my go to pizza place. Ordered 2 footlong meatball sandwiches wheat one was so over cooked bread was rock hard to eat. White meatball looked as if it was smaller than wheat one. Ordered lg Hawaiian pizza looks like it’s 1” thick not even a pizza looks like bread with no sauce and cheese looks plastic like Nellos pizza. Complete waste of $50 u could reheat in oven was great don’t know what’s going on at your establishment. Finally picked up in store girl saw I didn’t tip which no service was provided and had big sigh attitude look away didn’t even say have good night down away by food and service no more Barros

Been coming here 30 years about 4 months ago, Austin helped me get my pizzas made how I liked them. I between reg & thin crust. So notes under my name say have manager make using a 1size smaller dough but stretched to the size up, so 12 dough for 14 pizza, and put toppings to the edge, this does 2 things ,keeps from getting Huge handles (crust) and stops the big bubbles. Cole has also made them correctly. Tonight a different manager did make but said he didn't use the smaller dough, the edge toppings were ok not great but satisfactory. My shock was how could a manager NOT follow the directions on all receipts. This is NOT GOOD FOR A MANAGER TO MESS IT UP when spelled out. Please talk to manager and let him or her know follow directions its easy.

We enjoy Barros Pizza, and they do a good job all this considered. We frequent different locations across the valley and this one's pizza we find less enjoyable then locations over in the West Side of the Valley. Perhaps the pizza is being made too far in advance to when we schedule a pick up.

Have been going back to Barro's after several not so great experiences, and they have totally redeemed themselves. Thank you Barro's
Great lunch specials and fast service. Service at night time leaves alot to be desired. Long wait. Salad delivered after a pizza. Wrong salad dressings. Came in again to give them another try at 6:50 p.m. ordered a small pizza for my daughter. 35 minutes later the pizza finally came out. I asked how long it should take they told me it takes 7 minutes to cook. I had rated barros as 5 stars. everything was great until the past few months As a regular customer I see the service declining and the quality of the food going down the pizza today after 35 minutes was definitely not to company standards it was overcooked. The manager even acknowleged that it was not to company standard. It is sad to see what indifference by the employees can do to destroy a business.

I went in store today and noticed an employee (Sylvia) that was very rude towards other employees and giving dirty looks. Seeing this from a customer standpoint makes me wonder if the managers even care about a healthy workplace. You never want to go into a food establishment and notice that the employees look miserable.

This place is AAAAMAZING!!!! The food was perfect (best pizza we’ve had in ages) and the wings and ranch are the best!!!!
We called in an order and Riley was not only cheerful, she got all the details right!! That girl deserves a raise.
Restaurant is CLEAN.
We’ll definitely be back.
