I was going to dine here but after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures of the food I would definitely recommend you try a place with a decent reputation, especially make sure there is decent reviews

Horrible subs ! My Italian sub had not meat just tomatoes and bread. I also have a pizza which was fine. But do not order the sub sandwiches.

Unfortunately my experience at this Barro's ended poorly. Upon entering, I walked up to the counter where 2 young ladies were talking amongst themselves while folding boxes. Me and my wife decided what we wanted out loud and after looking at the counter and back at the menu twice, I received no greeting and no eye contact. I then realized I was going to have to initiate the conversation to explain that I was there to order a pizza to go. The one lady pointed to the screen of the her coworker and she began to hit some buttons, I waited to give her time to be ready but again, no "what can I get started for you?" Or anything. It took a few more moments of silence before realizing she was ready for my order and just wasn't going to say anything. Definitely the most awkward pizza ordering experience I've had. When I received the pizza I opened it up and the pizza was not even cut. The pizza itself was good however, not exceptional but good. Big fluffy crust which I like.

Food is great, The staff is amazing I’m a regular here. Besides the great service and food, the manager is very rude and also very rude to the employees. Very poor to see a great fast food restaurant with a very poor leadership. He walks around checking out the restaurant while staff is working hard and doesn’t stop to help. Barros, check in with your staff and make sure they are taken care of while they are employed, also reconsider your manager with someone that can lead staff in a nontoxic environment.

Super hit or miss with how your food will turn out. One example, we always ask for a well-done pizza, and we actually get a well-done pizza once out of every five or six times. Same with wings. They don't fill the ranch cups all the way anymore, and they've really started skimping on toppings. Lots of little things that just add up.

Good pizza- easy ordering process- only negative was this location on baseline rd was kinda run down and dirty. The tables outside need to be replaced as I had to hold it to one side cuz it rocked so bad. Overall a great value and would recommend!

Absolutely LOVE Barro's Pizza. The food is always hot and absolutely delicious.Staff need to be more aware of customer need. I asked for water with lemon when I ordered and never got it. When another person came back to deliver the food, I asked for it again, and never got it.Another issue I had was a staff person was standing just outside their swinging doors cursing up a storm. I understand things happen, but had she taken two steps back she would have been behind the swinging doors. I didn't want to hear that and the kids didn't need to hear it either. No points off Barro's .... it's a great place to bring my family, just make sure your staff keeps the foul language at bay. Jus' Sayin'.Vegetarian options: You can order pizza with no meat.Kid-friendliness: Nice place to bring kids.
