I'm new to Phoenix when I found this spot I liked coming for lunch maybe once a week but today you're energy was off with the server. I had to wait for hot pizza which was fine but when it came out he took it to 2 other customers ignoring my eye contact. He put the pizza back in the warmer still ignoring me as a customer until I waved him over letting know I'm waiting on my order. He got the pizza but apologized with his back to me. Again I like this place but he didn't give pleasant customer service at all.

Was waiting on my food last night when the younger guy with shoulder length hair proceeded to take his hair out of the pony tail it was in, flip his head down and shake his hair all over the place. Then after running his hands through his hair he did it a second time. Right next to the open salad bar. A customer asked for a to go container and he proceeded to use the same hands that had been in his hair to hand it to her. The gentleman next to me asked for a refund on his salad after seeing this. At this point the guy had left and when we explained to the girl working what had happened she responded “he comes to work with his hair up then takes it down at the end of the night. He probably just chose to do it at a bad time” meaning he probably shakes his hair like this every single night after his shift then they proceeded to make the salad for people.

The staff literally went out of their way to NOT acknowledge me after walking in for an uncomfortable amount of time, BUT the pizza was sooooo good.

The girl working the counter at noon on 10/13/2024 gave me strange looks and took an unusually long pause before handing me my take out order. Extremely strange encounter. She was short with unusually bad posture, curly brown hair, and round glasses. I don't really appreciate the weird customer service, not coming back here.

You can only order delivery through Door dash and there is no options to ask for your pizza or wings to be well done or crispy. You have the best pizza available for delivery. If you're going to get with the times, get with the times. Well done and crispy are very very commonly requested instructions

I would leave 0 stars if I could. What is happening to America when you can’t get a pizza delivered without going through a third party service. You guys should be disgusted with yourselves. You don’t deserve to be in business if you’re not willing to deliver a pizza!

Great pizza, excellent service, and not too expensive. The seating is well organized, nice and cool inside, and wonderful odors of really great food.
