Long time customer. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but the rude arrogant behavior of the front counter girls is beyond me. Never again, done. do these young women understand they’re at work on the clock and not on Facebook or whatever?? Apparently not!!!

what’s the point of serving lunch till 4 but never have slices ready. i’ve stopped in 3 separate times before work just for there to be a 10-15 minute wait before they’ll have slices. lost business

I ordered a pizza well done as I have been doing for years and this one was so burned, I’m surprised they let it out the door. Couldn’t even chew it.

I ordered a small pepperoni and mushroom pizza and after a longer delivery time I received the wrong pizza. I received half pepperoni and mushroom and half sausage, green pepper and black olive. Very disappointed with Barro’s. It looked like they made a pizza I ordered two weeks ago when I had company. I would never order this pizza for myself. Need to pay attention. I order from them at least once or twice a week. Think I’ll take a break and try someone else.

I just had an extra large Barros Special delivered by Door Dash. With fees and delivery charge, my pizza cost over $38. But this isn't about money. The pizza that I received was equal to a frozen store bought one or Little Caesars. Half of this pizza went straight in to the trash can. I don't post a lot of negative reviews, but this was a second chance miserable failure. Extra cheese and extra sauce? Where? There was a few tiny wafers of pepperoni and little cheese....but no sausage or anything even close to what was supposed to be on there. I will not be back.

This isn't my normal Barro's but it was a nice atmosphere was not a long wait for my pizza to be made and they offered me water while I waited
Good pizza, yesterday it was slightly over done so they made me another pizza, asap. It was excellent.

From my observations I have found the quality of Barro’s Pizza to be much better than Papa John’s. This particular location is always very well organized/professional. Another major perk they are literally across the street from where I live. How convenient is that.

Seriously some of the best pizza I've ever had. It's a crunchy crust but light and fluffy. Cooked to perfection, not too dark but a little dark. As a wisconsinite, I approve the amount of cheese on it. Great establishment.
