Most of my deliveries have been good.tonight it took an hr and a half and by the time I got it it was cold and tasted like it was sitting for a little while. I called and they lied and said it just left the store.the delivery driver was very nice

We ordered through doordash this time and didn't have any issues with delivery. The order we received was correct and very good.
In the past, we dined in, and we had no issues with service or our food. The pizzas we ordered this time were o so yummy. If I had to request anything it would be to add some more sauce to the pizzas. I find that every time we go, there is very little sauce, and that maybe the barros way of making them. I probably just need to ask for more when ordering. Anywho still very good.

Mistakes get made all the time in life. It's how we are accountable for them that matters. Long time customer of this location, I've ordered several pizzas both original and thin crust. Today I ordered both. The thin was not thin. I asked the little lady with the nose ring if this is the right order due to no thin crust. I showed her both pizzas, and how the crust is the same. She says " oh, we really don't have thin crust here". Yes you do... you just didn't make one this time. She just stares at me. Is that it? When a so called supervisor with a filthy grey shirt came out, it was pointed out that this is a deep dish pizza place. Does that explain why I'm not getting thin crust? Yes...that is thin crust. Even tho the pizza I was showing him,was the original crust. Then I showed him the difference.

Just own it! I'm showing you the proof right here!! Instead, I'm treated like I'm an idiot, and there's no fault from them, it's my fault for thinking thin crust is thin crust, like I've gotten in the past. They just advertise thin crust, and sometimes make thin crust, unless a customer questions it?

Ordered 2 pizzas and 24 wings online.
Arrived at the restaurant about 40min just to get 1 pizza and the wings, they didn't make my other pizza.
Waited over 12min for the other pizza and a lot of excuses and no apologies.

Spaghetti was over cooked and pizza had to much sauce and was undercooked. Wasted money, had to throw everything away and spend more money on something else.
