Once again, the lemon pepper wings were overcooked. The picture might look good at first glance, but that’s a hard no. I called and spoke with the manager, and instead of taking ownership, he immediately shifted to, “The wings have to be cooked to a certain temperature so nobody gets sick.” Of course they do, no one’s arguing food safety. But there’s a big difference between cooking wings properly and cooking them until there’s nothing left but dry rubber. At the end of the day, it’s not that complicated. If something misses the mark, just be upfront, take the L, and make it right. That’s how you keep customers. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here. I’m done with Barro’s on Dove Valley. To be fair, not all Barro’s Pizza locations operate like this, but this one lost me. Hasta.

5th time my order has been wrong when called in. Better management is needed making sure orders are correct before going out the door. Nothing us worse then having to drive back and not having dinner with your family.

The salad was great, but something in the pizza has given me a case of the toilet waterfalls! I have a strong stomach for pizza, this is not a good after action report. Something is off with the pizza.. it went down good, but exiting fast and furious!!!!!

The staff were lovely and so patient! I'm from Taiwan and my English isn't very good, but they were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pizza was delicious too! 😋 Highly recommended to everyone!

How can I put this.. Barros I love you and maybe this is just a one time thing.. staff great and location great but today my pepperoni pizza just tasted like a cheap Lil ceasars pizza maybe a domino's but idk just did not feel it today.. it usually has they barros taste but not today.. just another cardboard pizza.. 😔
