I have been a big fan, but after receiving my take out pizza, I'm disgusted! What the charged for spinach on a small thin crust pizza and having it burnt along with the crust and cheese! I will not be back due to this not being the first time! I wish I had checked it before I left!!

I ordered 2 pizzas and some cheesy garlic bread for my middle school end of season basketball party. Everything came way overcooked and was so dry with almost zero flavor. The kids were so disappointed and I felt so embarrassed.

I just called twice to order and was put on hold the first time for 10 minutes. I called a second time and she said to hold for two minutes. I waited another 5 minutes and then hung up. Almost always when I call, I am placed on hold for long periods of time. Do better. This is the 32nd Street Location and Camelback.

Went tonight's super bowl night to go in and eat inside go up to the counter and the girl tells me for a house salad and a pizza 2 hours.. I think that's very ridiculous for them to say that to me. And another thing the tables were filthy could not sit down Pizza crumbs everywhere. I definitely will not go to this one ever again because of the ignorant service I got.

Stop being grifted. Places like these will nickel and dime you for every penny you got. This place charges almost a dollar for a side of ranch when you can literally go next door and get some for free.

This is the worst Barros in the valley in regards to quality of Pizza. I've been to around 5-6 other locations, and I'm not sure what it is but the Pizza's at this Barro's do not have that same staple taste. I've been here 3 times in the last 2 months and all 3 times the Pizza tasted equivalent to a cheap chain restaurant pizza vs a typical Barros one. I would recommend trying the one on 40th st and Greenway or 7th St and Coral Gables.
Customer service isn't very good here. I paid $15 for a large pizza, waited close to 10 minutes in line to pick it up, and when requesting a ranch, they wanted to charge me. Every other Barro's I've been too 90% of the time they've just given me the ranch for free.
There's a common business phrase... sometimes it's better to give the customer the pickle vs losing the customer...
Always fast and friendly service. Better pizza than most take out chains
