This is the worst Barros in the valley in regards to quality of Pizza. I've been to around 5-6 other locations, and I'm not sure what it is but the Pizza's at this Barro's do not have that same staple taste. I've been here 3 times in the last 2 months and all 3 times the Pizza tasted equivalent to a cheap chain restaurant pizza vs a typical Barros one. I would recommend trying the one on 40th st and Greenway or 7th St and Coral Gables.
Customer service isn't very good here. I paid $15 for a large pizza, waited close to 10 minutes in line to pick it up, and when requesting a ranch, they wanted to charge me. Every other Barro's I've been too 90% of the time they've just given me the ranch for free.
There's a common business phrase... sometimes it's better to give the customer the pickle vs losing the customer...

Walked in and the place is very quiet and extremely clean! There’s TV’s with various sports and shows on and it was very laid back and I loved that! The smell of pizza and wings is intoxicating when you walk in, and Mariella in the front was extremely helpful and nice! I had a lot of questions and was very specific about how I wanted the pizzas. (Sorry about that!) She answered all of my questions and helped me come up with the perfect order for my family at a very reasonable price! Thank you to the staff in the back for the food, the Pizza and Wings are delicious 🤩 Absolutely would recommend to friends and family!

Food sucked. Wings undercooked. Salad old lettuce 12 year old working the counter No condiments on tables. I had to hunt them down from another table Hole on booth benches. Skip this place. I forgot to mention the front door is covered in pigeon poop.

The food is good, fresh, and tasty. But the tables and floors are extremely dirty. I don't know if they need to hire more employees or if the ones they have are poorly organized. The children's play area is super.The carpet is dirty, they don't even vacuum it, it's black with dirt, papers are scattered around, the toys are too dirty, the tables are stained with sauce and grease, the jars of chili and cheese are disgusting when You grab them and you can taste how greasy and full they are. It's antigenic, and it takes away your hunger. I hope they can get more organized and keep the place cleaner.
