Young hispanic guy with eye glasses was very friendly to us. Knowledgeable enough to explain different flavors, friendly to kids and older couple that were in the shop, highly recommend this place

I was in town visiting coming all the way from Payson to see my grandma and I passed by this little Baskin Robbins after seeing SO many tiktoks recently of the Dubai chocolate bar. Found out they don’t have it at all which made me so sad they have it all the way in California!! I wasn’t going home without ice cream or on a road trip to Cali. They do have many tasty flavors. I got a delicious banana Split with my childhood favorites Daiquiri Ice, Cotton Candy, and Eggnog since it’s in season topped with Peanut butter sauce. Absolutely wonderful staff as well, a girl named Natalie helped me out very friendly customer service. If I was in the neighborhood again I’d make sure to pass by!

This place is terrible and has no customer service whatsoever. I ordered my father a cake that cost 70$ and was supposed to have a Pittsburgh Steeler emblem on it, instead it had a NFL logo and the writing looked like it was done by a 3 year old. Well the whole cake looked like it was done by a 3 year old. The manager was so rude and didn't seem to care about the situation. I will never return to this dump ever again. I will order anywhere else but here. It's called customer service it's not that difficult. The owner of this place should be ashamed of themselves. Dairy Queen from now on.

Well, we went in to take advantage of the birthday BOGO cones. The deal would not come up in the app. The employees were nice, but didn't have a clue that the promotion was even going on. I received several emails, and saw ads on TV as well. We were given a free scoop THIS TIME (not quite the same thing)THING. Ordering a cake for Christmas, may have to go to PV location.

BAD BAD BAD experience. Some owners just don’t have a clue when it comes to customer service. My granddaughter didn’t like the ice cream she chose, but BASKIN ROBBINS would NOT give her a new one!! I had just spent about $30 there on our total order. WOW. YOU GUYS SUCK!

Tried going in for my birthday ice cream tonight that I promised to give to my son since I’m diabetic and sick but the young girl working (Alexa) just blankly stared at me as I was trying to show her the website system wasn’t allowing me to login and for some reason I couldn’t just show my ID or provide her the email associated to my account. She didn’t seem to know what to do but I would’ve appreciated an attempt at trying to ask her co worker or a manager but instead I was met with an embarrassing long awkward silence so I just left disappointed but I’m so tired of being forced to sign up for apps/rewards programs when I could easily just hand over my ID. It makes no sense when the apps are much easier for people to scam businesses by just making several fake emails with fake birthdays but we only have one ID with a PHOTO and most of the time the birthday reward doesn’t show up on time! Some of us also aren’t very tech savvy but baskin robins was the only place that refused to work with me for THEIR app issues. My firehouse subs reward wasn’t showing up either but they had great customer service and worked with me.
