Great service every time.
Horrible customer service. The girls working there closed the doors on us at 9:39. They close at 10 on the hours listed.
Good place
Usually go to the one on 51st and Indian school but these few times I’ve gone they’ve been stingy with filling the layered sundaes. They look like it’s just halfway filled. Decided to come to this one and I was not disappointed. Not only was i satisfied with the sundae but I was in and out within what felt like 5mins. Good service too.
Just the best ice cream
Make sure you pay attention because they serve as they please I was in line forever and the staff Michelle just bypassed us it was really poor customer service 😕
Sketchy
Sketchy neighborhood but great ice cream selections with very friendly staff.
Young hispanic guy with eye glasses was very friendly to us. Knowledgeable enough to explain different flavors, friendly to kids and older couple that were in the shop, highly recommend this place

I was in town visiting coming all the way from Payson to see my grandma and I passed by this little Baskin Robbins after seeing SO many tiktoks recently of the Dubai chocolate bar. Found out they don’t have it at all which made me so sad they have it all the way in California!! I wasn’t going home without ice cream or on a road trip to Cali. They do have many tasty flavors. I got a delicious banana Split with my childhood favorites Daiquiri Ice, Cotton Candy, and Eggnog since it’s in season topped with Peanut butter sauce. Absolutely wonderful staff as well, a girl named Natalie helped me out very friendly customer service. If I was in the neighborhood again I’d make sure to pass by!

This place is terrible and has no customer service whatsoever. I ordered my father a cake that cost 70$ and was supposed to have a Pittsburgh Steeler emblem on it, instead it had a NFL logo and the writing looked like it was done by a 3 year old. Well the whole cake looked like it was done by a 3 year old. The manager was so rude and didn't seem to care about the situation. I will never return to this dump ever again. I will order anywhere else but here. It's called customer service it's not that difficult. The owner of this place should be ashamed of themselves. Dairy Queen from now on.

I'm prolly too grown to pout when the special flavor I want is no longer in season but Isabella was awesome enough to find some left over in the back.

I absolutely love this location! They always have my favorite ice cream. Plus the evening employees are great. Always friendly and personable. I'll continue to go to this one even after I move further

Well, we went in to take advantage of the birthday BOGO cones. The deal would not come up in the app. The employees were nice, but didn't have a clue that the promotion was even going on. I received several emails, and saw ads on TV as well. We were given a free scoop THIS TIME (not quite the same thing)THING. Ordering a cake for Christmas, may have to go to PV location.
