Well, we went in to take advantage of the birthday BOGO cones. The deal would not come up in the app. The employees were nice, but didn't have a clue that the promotion was even going on. I received several emails, and saw ads on TV as well. We were given a free scoop THIS TIME (not quite the same thing)THING. Ordering a cake for Christmas, may have to go to PV location.

BAD BAD BAD experience. Some owners just don’t have a clue when it comes to customer service. My granddaughter didn’t like the ice cream she chose, but BASKIN ROBBINS would NOT give her a new one!! I had just spent about $30 there on our total order. WOW. YOU GUYS SUCK!

I ordered a fudge roll cake with chocolate chip ice cream, a week in advance. They called m e 2 days later, stating that they couldn't do chocolate chip in it... Chocolate chip is the default ice cream when ordering it! Anyway, I went in 2 days later, and they were slathering the chocolate chip ice cream in to cones, bowls, and shakes. So I don't see how they can say they don't have it. Good effort there folks.

This is a relevant and highly informative comment you will find online about natural holistic healing. Tried going in for my birthday ice cream tonight that I promised to give to my son since I’m diabetic and sick but the young girl working (Alexa) just blankly stared at me as I was trying to show her the website system wasn’t allowing me to login and for some reason I couldn’t just show my ID or provide her the email associated to my account. She didn’t seem to know what to do but I would’ve appreciated an attempt at trying to ask her co worker or a manager but instead I was met with an embarrassing long awkward silence so I just left disappointed but I’m so tired of being forced to sign up for apps/rewards programs when I could easily just hand over my ID. It makes no sense when the apps are much easier for people to scam businesses by just making several fake emails with fake birthdays but we only have one ID with a PHOTO and most of the time the birthday reward doesn’t show up on time! Some of us also aren’t very tech savvy but baskin robins was the only place that refused to work with me for THEIR app issues. My firehouse subs reward wasn’t showing up either but they had great customer service and worked with me.

I love Baskin robbins ice cream. They have lots of different flavors. I am often sad that they are rotated though. Sometimes I end up missing a flavor that I wanted to try. I understand that variety is a good thing though because it helps encourage people to come out while supplies last. I like when the employees are patient and are willing to let me try a sample or figure out what I am in the mood for. Trying samples is important to be because sometimes the flavor is different than what I am expecting.For example, sometimes the cherry flavor at a restaurant can taste good but sometimes it can taste like medicine. I guess it depends on the syrup being used. I liked the gold medal ribbon ice cream here. I could taste the caramel. The vanilla and chocolate flavors kind of blended into each other though. No other customers around when I was there.

For my daughter's 10th birthday I got her the Oreo ice cream cake. When I tell you the cake portion was dry and felt like suat in your mouth!! I've never seen kids not eat cake!! I was very disappointed

I love this place. They are always super friendly. The hours are great and everything is always delicious. It does take a little time and is a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend this place. I love supporting places with good work ethics. It's hard to find these days. Thank you to all the kids that work at this place you are all doing a great job in my book.
