Very poor service and the place is dirty. The 2 men working today were not friendly at all. I ordered a quart of ice cream and certainly didn't get a quart. I will take my service elsewhere.

I must say that the woman working the register this evening, just before closing time, would do much better with an attitude adjustment. Her lack of hospitality and genuine service is easy to notice. Perhaps, even a job change would benefit her. What I experienced definitely is not the way to go if you want customer retention.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received tonight at Baskin Robbins. The two employees working were incredibly rude and made the entire experience unpleasant. They rushed us through our order and acted visibly annoyed when we asked simple questions about the flavors. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. Customer service like this is unacceptable—especially in a place that’s supposed to be fun and welcoming. Never again.

I love 31 Flavors ice cream! I wish the store itself was cooler, especially in Az summer. An ice cream store should be a bit cold in my opinion.

Terrible location, when we walked in 2 people are behind the counter and never once said hi or how can we help you, there is no bathroom for kids either....no thanks I'll take my money to a business that can at least welcome guests in!

Just ordered a cake here for my daughter’s birthday. My husband went to get it and upon getting home we realized it was the wrong cake. I called and without hesitation they hopped in the car and drove us our correct cake. Accidents happen and it was so nice how they went over and above to correct it. Much appreciated!
Really great service, famous ice cream, unbelievable value for today's food prices.I can only give it three stars, though, because the furniture in the restaurant was unbelievably gross. The white chairs have been sat on by multitudes, leaving oil and dirt ground in behind them.

I ordered a cake that I thought was a half sheet but never having order a cake from baskin Robbin’s before - had no idea that a half sheet isn’t really a half sheet and only feeds 8 people. The owner definitely didn’t mention this when ordering. Imagine my surprise when I show up to pick up out cake and it’s tiny and never going to feed 26 kids. The owner never said sorry nor even offered a discount on another cake - so I have to buy another cake -?spending $110 on 2 small cakes but if it had explained correctly, would have only cost an additional $20 to order the right size, I had to pay an additional $59. Will never come back

Ordered a mermaid cake for my daughters 2nd birthday. Was a little nervous about how it would come out, but it ended up being done beautifully and tasted great as well. Went perfectly with her mermaid party theme. (Also just want to add that the cake was in perfect condition when my fiancé picked it up, the melted icing on the side in the picture wasn’t there originally. The icing on the side melted because we had a long drive to my MIL’s house where the party was taking place and obv AZ is super hot so we actually thought the cake would be in worse condition by the time we got there then it was)
