Really great service, famous ice cream, unbelievable value for today's food prices.I can only give it three stars, though, because the furniture in the restaurant was unbelievably gross. The white chairs have been sat on by multitudes, leaving oil and dirt ground in behind them.

I ordered a cake that I thought was a half sheet but never having order a cake from baskin Robbin’s before - had no idea that a half sheet isn’t really a half sheet and only feeds 8 people. The owner definitely didn’t mention this when ordering. Imagine my surprise when I show up to pick up out cake and it’s tiny and never going to feed 26 kids. The owner never said sorry nor even offered a discount on another cake - so I have to buy another cake -?spending $110 on 2 small cakes but if it had explained correctly, would have only cost an additional $20 to order the right size, I had to pay an additional $59. Will never come back

Smelled absolutely amazing when we walked in, due to FRESH MADE WAFFLE CONES that had been made today!Staff are very nice, and so helpful, and they keep the store super clean!We will be back!

Reminds me on long ago of having Baskin Robbins in my hometown, BaltimoreMd.There were no Designer Ice Cream Brands.Down to earth Rich Flavorful Ice Cream. InPhoenix , AZ right now it's 107.Here I sit at a white table , eating a two scoopCup of Sundae Fundae and Jamoca . Now FolksThis taste like the Old Days. Rich , Creamy Ice Cream that taste like the flavor it's called.The place sells itself especially if you enjoy delicious Ice Cream!The Hostess/ Counter Person was Gracious and ProfessionalNext store they are erecting Aldie Supermarket.When the store is finished in a few months This place will be full. It is still warm in ArizonaIn October , November and December .My conclusion is ; if you want GREAT ICE CREAMCome to Baskin Robbins. Say the Magic Word and Get $50Jeffrey

Ordered a mermaid cake for my daughters 2nd birthday. Was a little nervous about how it would come out, but it ended up being done beautifully and tasted great as well. Went perfectly with her mermaid party theme. (Also just want to add that the cake was in perfect condition when my fiancé picked it up, the melted icing on the side in the picture wasn’t there originally. The icing on the side melted because we had a long drive to my MIL’s house where the party was taking place and obv AZ is super hot so we actually thought the cake would be in worse condition by the time we got there then it was)

Ice cream is spectacular as ever. The café itself is old, rundown and seating is not clean. Looks like a third world environment. No chance of going into a more modern and inviting ice cream parlor like other states have. No restrooms for customers who sit there and eat either.

Need to update hours on google maps, went here at 9:30 because google maps said they close at ten. The hours posted on their door are completely different. I walked up and didn't notice the hours sign because all the light were on. I went to open the door and obviously it didn't open and the girl counting the drawer very loudly laughed at me. I understand being closed it just felt like she was treating me like I was stupid because I thought they were open.

I went into this PARTICULAR location and walked my a** right out ... I ordered a caramel latte with NO ice this fool acted like he could not understand the words coming out of my mouth I basically told him make it like a milkshake as he was about to blend my latte I SAW THE BIGGEST COCKROACH CRAWL RIGHT OUT OF NOWHERE HEADED TOWARD BLENDER !!!!! GET IT TOGETHER BASKIN ROBBINS 5 minutes prior to me walking a little girl and mom were walking out I feel so bad for them if they only knew . I said nothing to the young Indian loooki g man working I just hauled a** .

I went in to get ice cream with a couple people, everything was good seemed like they had fresh ice cream too. Only thing I would say is maybe the staff be a little bit more attentive when people walk in because it took them like a minute to get to us since they were all in the back on their phones.
Great place for ice cream. FYI they now sell numerous flavors in pints at Safeway grocery stores for around $5.00. Great alternative if you want some after the place is closed. I keep a couple in the freezer for late night cravings. The watetmelon sherbet with chocolate "seeds" is WONDERFUL!

What can possibly go wrong at Baskin-Robbins? Other than not having any cheesecake ice cream it was a perfect experience for a warm day! Cherries Jubilee was decadent and the non-dairy Strawberry Struesel made with oat milk was so rich and creamy and Delicious!!
